華能水電(600025.SH)半年度淨利潤升224.77%至28.16億元
格隆匯8月22日丨華能水電(600025.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入105.89億元，同比增長63.66%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤28.16億元，同比增長224.77%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤31.09億元，同比增長225.52%；基本每股收益0.16元。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額69.61億元，同比增長55.27%。
截至2019年6月30日，公司裝機容量達2293.63萬千瓦，上半年完成發電量538.85億千瓦時，同比增加57.13%。上半年完成基建投資12.5億元。
公司認真落實黨中央、雲南省關於安全生產的決策部署，持續構建安全風險分級管控和隱患排查治理雙重預防機制，深入推進安全生產責任制巡查評估，實現綜合、專項檢查全覆蓋，安全管理體系持續完善、責任有效落實；落實大壩安全“三同時”要求，認真做好水情測報預警，圓滿完成“水淹廠房應急實戰演練”，防洪度汛工作紮實有序；開展“安全生產萬里行”“電力安全文化建設年”活動，小灣運維四班被中國安全生產協會授予安全標準化示範班組稱號，苗尾·功果橋、糯扎渡電廠被授予全國安全文化示範企業稱號。“電廠智能化”建設、“無人值班”工作有序推進；設備檢修取得明顯成效，累計完成機組檢修54台次，優化調整檢修計劃23次，增發電量4.95億千瓦時，較好地適應了市場，體現了效益。推進“自主”+“架子隊”的檢修管理新模式，自主檢修比例同比增長23%。黃登、大華橋、景洪、糯扎渡、徐村電站實現“零非停”，機組年度等效可用係數、主設備完好率等繼續保持較高水平。
公司營銷隊伍咬住目標不放鬆，合力攻堅，實現簽訂瀾滄江上游電站送電廣東購售電合同重大突破，為公司後續穩健經營、持續發展奠定了堅實基礎。堅持政策引領爭效益，多頻次、多層次爭取發電行業政策環境，單純降電價趨勢得到控制，電價水平得到回升。堅持對標領先增效益，多措並舉，增加公司發電量，發電機組利用小時數保持區域領先。堅持底線思維保效益，多措並舉促自律，統一思想穩市場，上半年全省市場均價同比提升0.5分千瓦時。堅持搶發電量創效益，面對流域蓄能增加、來水偏豐較多等條件，抓住機遇、主動作為，把來水轉化為電量，增發61億千瓦時，並創下日發電量突破4億千瓦時、月發電量突破百億千瓦時的新紀錄；堅持市場開拓要效益，能源銷售公司代理購售電量規模實現穩步增長。
公司堅持價值創造、考核導向，狠抓提質增效“1+5”方案落實，全力增效益、壓佔用，強化預算管控，成本控制有效有力，未發生預算外開支。嚴控融資成本，統籌安排資金接續，提前置換高利率資金110億元，完成融資375億元，融資成本較年初下降0.27個百分點；上半年合計節約利息支出1.63億元。資本運作、處僵治困紮實推進，收回金中公司23%股權處置尾款。
