杭鍋股份(002534.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升25.49%至1.95億元
格隆匯8月22日丨杭鍋股份(002534.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約16.86億元，同比增長1.47%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.95億元，同比增長25.49%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1.43億元，同比增長37.33%；基本每股收益0.27元。
報告期內，國內經濟運行穩中有變，外部環境複雜嚴峻，經濟面臨較大的下行壓力。公司在董事會的領導下，按照相關法律法規、規範性文件及公司制度的規定，履行股東大會賦予的董事會職責，圍繞既定的戰略方針和工作計劃，勤勉盡責地開展各項工作，推進公司持續穩定的健康發展。
報告期內，公司大力推進組織管理變革，明確了公司“為客户創造價值、為社會節約資源，為人類改善環境”的使命，建立了“使能源獲取更便捷，使能源利用更高效，成為全球領先的節能環保設備和能源利用整體解決方案供應商”的願景，以及打造了“以客户為中心，以奮鬥者為本，堅持創新驅動，持續變革發展”的核心價值觀。公司意向成為全球領先意味着公司會更加關注海外市場，關鍵方向從發電設備、餘熱能源改為節能環保和能源利用意味着公司會面對更大的市場和機會，也對公司的能力建設提出了更高的要求，公司從設備供應商更大力度轉向整體解決方案供應商意味着公司的業務模式也正逐漸發生變化，這些改變--目標就是使能源獲取更便捷，使能源利用更高效，為客户創造價值。公司將堅持市場和技術雙輪驅動，優化市場和組織模式，顛覆能源利用方式，創新行業能源解決方案，發力新能源和清潔能源，提供智能化能源設備和服務。
報告期內，公司持續關注、研究行業和產業政策發展趨勢，深入挖掘潛在的市場機遇，在有效拓展國內現有優勢產品市場的基礎上深層介入新的高效節能產品領域，從傳統熱電、冶金焦化、氣電向城市垃圾處理、生物質、太陽能等新能源過渡並引領市場，實現了新產品市場的迅速搶佔。報告期內，公司新增訂單27.41億元，比去年同期增長42.47%，其中電站鍋爐的新增訂單11.8億元，比去年同期增長148.43%。2019年6月底，公司實現在手訂單47.95億。
報告期內，西子智慧產業園建設有序推進，產業園一期（雛鷹創業基地，建築面積約8000平方米）平穩運營，目前已引進杭州安譽生物科技有限公司等20餘家企業入駐；產業園二期（建築面積約24萬平方米）工程如期推進，目前已進入景觀綠化工程、工程驗收階段，預計2019年底正式開園投入使用，該園區擬引進信息產業、智慧能源與環保產業、高端裝備研發及圍繞產業發展的金融投資主體，打造智能研發、智能製造為主的現代化智慧產業園區。未來園區三期全部投運後，將成為公司穩定的利潤增長點和投資發展重要平台。
