明星電力(600101.SH)發佈半年報淨利潤降7.85%至5026.73萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨明星電力(600101.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約7.99億元，同比增長4.48%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約5026.73萬元，同比下降7.85%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約4582.84萬元，同比下降0.42%；基本每股收益0.155元。
2019年上半年，我國國民經濟運行延續總體平穩，穩中有進的發展態勢，經濟運行繼續保持在合理區間。但國內外經濟形勢依然複雜嚴峻，中美貿易爭端陷入長期博弈，宏觀經濟面臨新的下行壓力。面對錯綜複雜的經濟形勢，公司主動適應改革新要求和經濟新常態，保持戰略定力，狠抓安全、質量、效益、效率，不斷提升優質服務能力，持續推進轉型高質量發展，深入推進改革創新，推動經營管理再上台階。
公司全面加強安全管理。開展春安、防洪度汛等安全專項檢查，落實“安全生產月”“安全生產萬里行”等專題活動。有序推進電水網迎峯度夏和防洪度汛工作。接受省能監辦安全交叉檢查，開展線路故障跳閘專項治理和防外力破壞專項行動。開展設備預試、線路登杆檢查和通道排障。狠抓應急管理，組建專業應急搶修隊伍，開展聯合反事故演習，提升公司應急處置能力。加強安全教育培訓，舉辦現場安全管理能力提升培訓和安規調考，修編安全規章制度，提升全員安全素質。公司繼續保持安全生產零事故目標。
公司紮實推進網絡建設。與供區內各區縣、園區建立電網建設對接常態機制，完成110千伏烏木變電站至110千伏安居變電站輸變電工程建設，實施110千伏遂東站間隔改造，完成35千伏新橋變電站主變增容改造，完成110千伏金家溝變電站可研評審。110千伏永興變電站選址和電力廊道獲得審批。啟動35千伏唐家變電站前期工作。網絡結構進一步完善。持續推進電、水、氣“三表合一”改造，智能電錶換裝累計達48.4萬隻。自來水管網架構繼續向拓展供區延伸。
公司不斷提升優質服務水平。主動對接各區縣、園區，深化政企合作，助推地方經濟社會發展。推行大客户經理入駐園區坐班服務，鞏固重點客户合作，開展大客户個性化用電分析與服務，降低企業用電成本。深化計劃停電協商制，量身定製客户服務方案，切實提升客户滿意度。推廣明星電力手機APP、微信公眾號等繳費模式，城區“10分鐘”繳費圈和農村繳費不出村繼續鞏固，增加明星電力APP網上報修等3個模塊，打造智能掌上營業廳。設立優質服務曝光平台，完善962501服務熱線系統功能，創新營業廳“雙引導員”服務。加強停送電計劃管理，強化“打包式”檢修和帶電作業，減少用户停電時間。加強配搶協同，進一步縮短搶修時間，提升搶修效率和服務形象，着力打造“城區20分鐘快修圈”。通過多措並舉，公司優質服務水平再上台階。
遂寧地區完成自發上網電量23,195.18萬千瓦時，同比增長20.18%；售電量104,623.22萬千瓦時，同比增長3.43%；甘孜州康定地區上網銷售給國網四川省電力公司電量2,286.95萬千瓦時，同比增長130.24%。售水量1,908.28萬噸，同比增長6.59%。
