格隆匯8月21日丨海寧皮城(002344.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約7.70億元，同比下降3.81%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.06億元，同比下降11.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1.90億元，同比下降14.86%；基本每股收益0.16元。
報告期內，公司實現營業總收入約7.77億元(包括主營業務收入約7.43億元、已賺擔保費501.46萬元、手續費及佣金收入198.91萬元以及其他業務收入2722.37萬元)，同比下降3.92%。物業租賃及管理方面，在全國實體專業市場持續下行的宏觀環境下，2019年招租工作保持穩定，受市場結構調整等因素影響，本期物業租賃及管理實現收入約5.16億元，同比下降2.86%；商鋪及配套物業銷售方面，公司時尚產業園項目及時尚小鎮項目實現廠房和商鋪銷售1.97億元，同比增長132.79%；商品銷售方面，受宏觀經濟環境影響，子公司進出口公司調整業務範圍，業務量縮減，本期商品銷售實現收入1339.71萬元，同比下降88.13%；本期酒店服務實現收入1077.84萬元，同比下降38.86%，主要系部分餐飲業務外包減少了相應的收入；融資性擔保業務方面，重點優化業務結構，加強風險預防和控制，本期實現收入700.37萬元，同比下降14.69%。公司繼續推進第二主業健康產業發展，本期健康醫療服務實現收入607.85萬元，同比增長215.68%。
公司及子公司進一步加強內部控制管理，本期通過成本精細化管理，營業成本同比下降10.03%，銷售費用同比下降33.33%，管理費用同比下降10.92%。綜上，本期實現營業利潤約2.79億元，較上年同比下降1.61%；利潤總額約2.83億元，較上年同比增長0.31%；本期少數股東損益-48.82萬元，較上年同比增長98.49%，故歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.06億元，較上年同比下降11.17%。
