華斯股份(002494.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升2.25%至1206.03萬元
格隆匯8月21日丨華斯股份(002494.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約2.36億元，同比增長9.02%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1206.03萬元，同比增長2.25%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約918.68萬元，同比增長1.07%；基本每股收益0.0315元。
公司積極響應黨中央關於設立雄安新區的號召，利用地處雄安新區的南大門的優越地理位置，以華斯裘皮特色小鎮建設為契機，將努力為雄安新區的建設和京津冀協同發展做出應有的貢獻。
公司是以裘皮時尚產業發展為核心，致力於產業整體發展、創新升級和服務平台建設的上
市企業，主要從事動物毛皮精深加工、裘皮服裝、飾品設計的研發製造，以及為裘皮行業深層次發展搭建服務平台，有效提升公司的價值。
公司始終以促進行業發展為己任，注重設計研發，建有行業內唯一的省級裘皮工程技術研究中心，建有研發設計中心，設計研發工作室3個，為了加強公司的技術創新實力，豐富產品種類，強化市場佔有率，公司致力於裘皮硝染裘皮服裝服飾產品的，增強公司經濟效益的同時，也會提高公司在國內同行業乃至全球範圍內的知名度，促進公司產品佔有更大的市場份額，2019年上半年，公司實施研發項目6項，分別是3D印花裘皮面料製衣研究、貂皮節能氨氮減排工藝研究、貂皮真空鞣製技術工藝研究、細雜毛皮染整清潔工藝研究、毛皮加工清潔生產的白色鞣製工藝研究、浸灰脱毛製革濕加工工藝研究。目前公司擁有專利23個。
2019年上半年，公司在董事會的領導下，在管理層和全體職工的共同努力下，緊緊圍繞董事會確定的年度戰略經營目標，推動公司治理水平的提高、努力調整業務結構、加快技術創新，管理水平明顯提升，企業文化穩步推進，節能減排效果明顯，市場競爭力進一步增強，公司在行業中的龍頭地位繼續增強。
華斯裘皮小鎮是河北省首批創建類特色小鎮，截止到2019年上半年，小鎮已經建成華斯裘皮城A、B座、電商孵化園(暨風尚中心)、裘皮服裝加工擴建項目暨小鎮配套設施等平台。華斯裘皮特色小鎮立足裘皮資源優勢，通過裘皮產業集羣，不斷集聚時尚產業的核心要素，逐步帶動產業的多樣化和集羣化發展，依託肅寧區位、資源、經濟、市場、技術等方面的優勢，大力發展具有市場競爭力的優勢產品，並努力提高其市場化、專業化、集約化水平。為更好的服務雄安新區，承接首都產業轉移，吸納國內外客商創造條件。
