格隆匯8月21日丨國統股份(002205.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約2.28億元，同比下降12.90%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損約305.67萬元，上年同期虧損約521.51萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損約2097.89萬元，上年同期虧損554.04萬元，基本每股虧損0.0263元。
2019年上半年，國內外環境複雜多變，中國經濟總體運行平穩，但下行壓力依然較大，市場競爭加劇。在公司黨委和董事會的領導下，在全體員工的共同努力下，公司領導班子緊緊圍繞“強化理論武裝，樹牢‘四個意識，堅定‘四個自信，勇於擔當作為，以求真務實作風堅決把黨中央決策部署落實到位”的要求，認真貫徹落實上級決策部署，緊緊圍繞公司年初制定的經營目標，在確保以PCCP為主的傳統業務持續穩定發展的前提下，公司積極調整結構，去產能、去庫存、處理低效無效資產，以PPP項目為抓手，以項目促進帶動傳統業務，以項目補充完善新興業務，實現“調整轉型”陣痛期的安全運行、平穩過渡，最終形成“高端混凝土製品、水務市政公用產品、建安及安防支護服務為主的一體兩翼”的業務模式。同時加強專有技術、專利的研發投入，加大軌道交通行業的技術研究及市場開發力度，加快產學研結合。注重防範風險，搭建統一管理平台，完善風險分擔制度，提高風險識別技術，加強風險抵抗能力，促進公司的健康發展。
報告期內，公司新籤合同訂單6.06億元，實現營業收入約2.28億元，同比下降12.9%，營業成本約1.79億元，同比下降13.34%，營業收入下降主要是報告期內部分PPP項目由於推遲施工進度導致報告期內收入確認減少所致，營業成本下降主要是營業收入下降影響所致；銷售費用839.15萬元，同比上升18.11%，主要是運輸費用價格上升所致；管理費用3900.90萬元，同比上升21.14%，主要是人工成本增加和部分公司停工損失計入管理費用所致；財務費用2782.02萬元，同比上升159.86%，主要是銀行貸款增加導致利息支出大幅增加所致；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-305.67萬元，同比上升41.39%，主要是所屬子公司營業外收入大幅增加所致；經營活動產生的現金流量淨額7344.66萬元，同比上升144.59%，主要是報告期內回收以前年度的應收款項增多，影響銷售商品、提供勞務收到的現金增加所致；投資活動產生的現金流量淨額-28189.37萬元，同比下降106.18%，主要是報告期內PPP合同建設施工費支出增加所致；籌資活動產生的現金流量淨額15102.42萬元，同比下降35.38%，主要是報告期內取得的銀行貸款較上年同期有所減少所致；報告期內公司科技研發投入1819.92萬元，佔營業收入總額的7.98%。
