格隆匯8月21日丨光正集團(002524.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約6.35億元，同比增長116.92%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1003.39萬元，上年同期虧損2362.52萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約650.95萬元，上年同期虧損2553.24萬元；基本每股收益0.02元。
2019年1-6月公司實現營業收入約6.35億元，比上年同期增長116.92%；其中：鋼結構行業收入4526.62萬元,較上年同期約1.23億元,下降63.13%，佔營業收入的比重為7.13%；天然氣、油品行業收入約1.92億元，較上年同期1.60億元,增長19.89%，佔營業收入的比重為30.29%；供熱行業收入1020.77萬元,較上年同期953.70萬元，增長7.03%，佔營業收入的比重為1.61%；2019年1-6月大健康板塊實現收入約3.87億元，佔營業收入的比重為60.97%。
報告期內，公司堅定“聚力眼科醫療業務，加快整合輔助產業”的戰略發展思路，逐步啟動能源業務剝離，調控壓縮鋼結構業務規模，加大對醫療業務內部管理及外部擴展的投入。在現有9個大、中型城市12家醫院業務規模的基礎上，以中心城市醫院為平台，逐步佈局輻射區域內中、小型醫院，方便區內患者更快更好的實現就醫，同時進一步鞏固公司在區域內的業務優勢。產業併購基金及投資團隊持續挖潛優質合作標的，為公司未來業務規模擴展及持續健康發展奠定堅實基礎。
報告期內，公司不斷完善醫療管理體系，進一步規範診療行為，提高醫療服務水平，確保醫療服務質量。嚴格落實國家、市、區各級醫療監管機構質量評定要求及規範，定期開展內部培訓與考核評優。多管齊下管控、提高醫療服務質量，持續開展醫療、護理、院感質量控制標準等培訓；對醫院質量管理開展不定期檢查指導、查漏補缺；推廣醫療服務質量控制成功經驗；改革手術醫生考核方式，進一步提高手術醫生質量意識，防範醫療風險。
