安道麥A(000553.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降75.36%至5.89億元
格隆匯8月21日丨安道麥A(000553.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約136.16億元，同比下降0.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約5.89億元，同比下降75.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約4.30億元，同比下降45.56%；基本每股收益0.24元。
就安道麥而言，上半年北美寒冷、潮濕的天氣情況長於往年；歐洲、印度以及亞太部分地區同時出現極端乾旱——延遲了作物保護產品的施用時間，並減少了用量。此外，由於供應環境繼續呈緊張態勢，使得公司難以利用市場對部分產品的強勁需求。
公司繼續在全球各區域推出差異化新產品來推動業務增長。持續走強的定價環境支持公司將所有區域的銷售價格平均提升3%，從而向下遊傳導一部分供應緊張、採購成本高企帶來的影響，並緩解貨幣普遍疲軟產生的不利影響。此外，公司繼續嚴格控制營業費用，但上半年計入荊州基地老廠區停工費用。
展望下半年，鑑於目前表現強勁的南半球市場下半年將進入銷售旺季，印度季風將帶動業績回升，而供應緊張狀態則會有所緩解，公司預計下半年銷售額將實現強勁增長。
荊州基地老廠區於三月末被許可復產，目前正在逐步恢復生產的過程中。採用先進工藝的廢水處理設施已開車運行，生物降解系統升級改造後，正在適應改善後的廢水質量。由於升級改造尚未結束，公司在該基地生產的重點產品供應仍受到影響，未能充分放量，尤其對北美區、拉美區、亞太區、中國區、印度、中東和非洲區造成了影響，上半年銷售額及毛利因此分別損失約1億美元及3500萬美元，併產生約2000萬美元的停工費用，致使上半年EBITDA因此損失約5000萬美元，淨利潤損失約4000萬美元。近幾周來，為進一步加強環保安全工作，中央生態環保督查組進駐中國化工集團及其子公司進行現場督察，其中包括公司在國內的生產基地。安道麥全力配合督查組工作，結合為期三年、定於2020年完成的搬遷與升級項目找出並整改荊州基地可能存在的所有安全環保問題。
雖然荊州基地老廠區生產的產品種類有限，且安道麥在國內及海外擁有其他堅實的生產及採購實力，但荊州老廠區停產仍對公司業績造成上述負面影響。
