格隆匯8月21日丨正邦科技(002157.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入113.77億元,同比下降6.91%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.75億元,同比擴大43.98%;基本每股虧損0.11元。

飼料業

報告期內,受非洲豬瘟疫情影響,大量生豬養殖企業及中小養殖户減少存欄甚至退出市場,導致豬飼料市場需求疲軟,競爭加劇。公司堅持以豬料為主的發展方向不動搖,通過組織機制和業務流程優化,控制成本提高效率;營銷策略上,公司不斷優化區域組織,對重點區域加大扶持力度,以區域為最小作戰單元,設置PK賽馬機制,有效提升團隊作戰氣勢;在提升銷量方面,推動以增量為核心的系列營銷考核方案。在提升效率降低成本方面,不斷優化採購、質控、物流、研發等服務營銷的後台部門業務流程,提升工作效率,降低運營成本。報告期內,公司豬料產品毛利率較上年同期提升0.47個百分點,但受市場低迷影響,豬料產品銷量仍同比下降22.63%

養殖業務

報告期內,公司繼續堅持以輕資產模式,做強做大生豬養殖產業,不斷鞏固和優化公司+農户業務模式,釋放產能,生豬出欄量309.36萬頭,同比增長24.65%。上半年,公司養殖事業部以增量和降本考核激勵為主,推進總獎金包、存量增量PK、跟投等激勵機制,把更多資源和獎勵向一線的優秀團隊和個人傾斜,提升精細化管理水平,促成養殖成本下降。受到國內非洲豬瘟疫情嚴峻形勢影響,公司持續提升生物安全硬件基礎設施的改造,強化物品、人員的管理,加大生物安全防控成本的投入。由於2019年一季度生豬銷售價格較低,二季度起生豬價格才逐步上漲,導致上半年綜合毛利率水平較低。

獸藥業務

報告期內,在國內生豬存欄持續下滑的情況下,公司積極調整區域、產品、客户結構;重點打造湖南、江蘇、河北市場,抓住市場熱點,打造保健、衞生消毒產品,梳理客户結構,集中資源重點開發SAB客户;針對市場行情變化,積極調整,組織大型營銷活動,提高行業知名度,以客户需求為出發點,幫助客户解決實際問題,提高客户滿意度,公司銷售收入同比增20.2%,毛利額增長11.53%

農藥業務

報告期內,公司堅持作物專業化、服務價值化的理念,通過不斷培訓、不斷引進優秀人才、加大三證投入、積極探索無人機植保應用技術、提高團隊植保服務水平,讓服務下沉至種植户,為作物提供系統解決方案,增加用户粘性,提升公司銷量增長。報告期內,公司毛利率下滑3.98個百分點,但毛利額同比提升53.45%
