格隆匯8月21日丨廣聯達(002410.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入13.48億元，同比增長27.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8954.47萬元，同比下降39.13%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6131.19萬元，同比下降53.72%；基本每股收益0.0787元。
數字造價業務板塊
報告期內，數字造價業務執行年度經營方針到位，在推進SaaS轉型的同時保持了較快增長，實現營業收入9.68億元，同比增長28.31%；其中雲收入3.71億元，同比增長197%，佔造價業務整體收入比例為38%。
2019年，造價業務SaaS轉型進入深水區，10個收入體量較大的區域啟動轉型，轉型區域由11個增加到21個。經過半年的努力，整體轉型效果顯著：
①已轉型市場健康發展，計價和算量產品用户綜合轉化率超過72%，當期續費率達到80%；新轉型市場進度達到預期，計價產品用户綜合轉化率達31%，算量產品用户綜合轉化率達45%；
②2019年上半年新籤雲合同金額為6.29億元，同比增長151%；期末雲預收為6.72億元，較期初增長62%。
數字施工業務板塊
數字施工業務整合效應逐步顯現，報告期內實現營業收入2.90億元，同比增長33.07%；新增企業客户716家，同比增長83%；新增項目4870個，同比增長80%。
報告期內，數字施工業務秉持“數字建築”理念，整合原BIM建造和智慧工地產品線相關產品，發佈了數字項目管理(BIM+智慧工地)平台，該平台是“平台+組件”的項目級產品，融合公司BIM、物聯網、大數據、人工智能四大核心技術，為施工企業提供一站式的數字項目綜合解決方案。數字項目管理(BIM+智慧工地)平台統一了平台入口，各模塊產品間實現“可分、可合、可連接”，可更好滿足處於數字化轉型不同階段的施工企業需求，大大提升了公司在施工數字化市場的競爭優勢。
生態業務板塊
報告期內，生態業務板塊各項業務進展順利，商業模式持續創新。
產業新金融業務良性發展，2019年上半年累計發放貸款6.84億元，同比增長91.98%，無不良和逾期貸款；實現收入3180.55萬元，同比增長88.46%。報告期內，該業務結構調整成果明顯，用於驗證數據風控新模式的業務快速增長，報告期內服務企業42家，累計發放貸款81筆，貸款金額1.7億元，實現收入363.66萬元；數據風控模型價值逐步清晰，部分金融機構樣板客户開始嘗試利用數據風控模型開展業務。
報告期內，教育培訓業務實訓課程不斷豐富升級，持續領跑全國建築類院校實訓課程市場。客户羣實現穩定拓展，覆蓋的施工專業增至300家，設備類專業增至40家；教學類新品課程孵化順利，裝配式AR圖集產品、全過程造價課程等開發完成；直接面向學生的業務實現初步突破，學生用户新增近5萬人，創新培訓引流效應明顯。
