格隆匯8月21日丨新易盛(300502.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約4.80億元，同比增長42.92%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約8066.30萬元，上年同期虧損1515.46萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約7635.98萬元，上年同期虧損1866.52萬元；基本每股收益0.3436元。
報告期內，公司不斷加強各應用領域的市場開拓，加強高速率光模塊、5G相關光模塊的研發，公司總體營業收入和淨利潤較上年同期顯著增長。具體來説，公司各方面的經營情況如下：
1、加大研發力度，強化核心競爭力
報告期內，公司繼續貫徹重視研發投入、以創新為先導的經營理念，為公司在市場競爭中提供了強大的技術和新產品保障，為公司市場開拓奠定了良好的技術基礎。報告期內，公司高速率光模塊、5G相關光模塊、光器件相關研發項目取得多項突破。公司通過不斷的培訓學習與人才引進提升研發團隊整體技術能力；建立科學有效的研發體系；進一步完善研發流程，加強專利管理和知識產權保護，公司的核心競爭力得到鞏固。
2、積極開拓市場
報告期內，公司不斷加強市場推廣和客户拓展力度，加強對行業的研究及市場動態的分析，通過客户交流、展會、電子商務平台等方式對公司及其產品進行有效宣傳推廣，擴大市場影響力，進一步提升市場佔有率.。在品牌策略上，公司運用“新易盛”品牌優勢，着力實施品牌營銷運作，宣傳和塑造品牌正面形象，建立品牌忠誠度，以進一步提高品牌影響力。
3、工藝流程優化，提高自動化水平
報告期內，根據公司精細化管理要求，工程體系持續改進生產工藝流程，提高生產自動化水平，加大技術創新和工藝設備的升級改造力度，提高關鍵工序的自動化水平，充分發揮設備能效，減少人工和物料的浪費，確保產品質量穩定、成本降低，有效的提升了產品效益。
4、產品生產及供應鏈管理
報告期內，公司不斷學習先進的生產管理方法，持續深入推進精益生產的標準化管理。通過加強數據化管理，合理規劃生產進度、庫存與生產的關係，降低存貨量；通過對產品生產及材料採購各道環節要求精益求精，持續穩定原材料供應並提高質量水平，加強對生產員工的技能培訓，提高其責任心，降低生產過程中的不合理損耗，提高生產效率，從而進一步為公司創造了價值。
5、經營管理方面
報告期內，公司不斷調整和優化經營管理體制，完善法人治理結構，建立健全公司內部控制制度，形成了有效的約束機制和內部管理制度。公司全面規範完善各項管理制度，加強制度的執行力，強化風險防控理念，在研發管理、生產質量管理、採購管理等方面不斷推出各種適宜的實施細則，強化內部控制管理，使得公司的管理質量得到了有效提升。
