格隆匯8月20日丨金花股份(600080.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約3.46億元，同比下降2.11%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2486.34萬元，同比增長23.74%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約2087.57萬元，同比增長1.96%；基本每股收益0.0666元。
報告期內，公司面對外部政策環境壓力，按照年度經營計劃，積極推進各項工作，全面完成公司上半年的經營目標。
1、產品營銷：
在主導產品營銷方面，通過進一步完善臨牀事業部組織架構和管理體系，提升學術平台管理和服務支持，以“合規轉型、深耕學術”為市場發展策略，報告期內，通過開展一系列的指南巡講系列城市會、學術宣傳平台建設、規範診療培訓等學術推廣活動，加快推進合規轉型步伐和體系建設，提升並拓展市場業務覆蓋。
在普藥銷售方面，繼續強化終端思維，堅持渠道下沉策略，針對現有產品資源及市場資源進行分類，持續集中優化核心商業渠道，推進商業分銷業務實現市場覆蓋的模式。完善目標考核與績效激勵，開發新客户，挖掘新渠道，尋找新的增長點，有效的拉動了銷售收入的提升。
2、生產運營：
報告期內，公司嚴格執行GMP規定,努力提高生產現場管理水平，做到規範生產，保證產品質量的穩定性。根據生產現狀及需求，進行設備改造及更新，進一步提升生產自動化水平，提高生產效率。持續開展安全教育培訓落實安全生產，在確保安全生產的前提下，合理排產，確保完成報告期生產預算。同時根據公司計劃，啟動新一期GMP認證工作，通過統籌佈局及任務分解，在正常生產的同時保障GMP認證準備工作同步進行。
3、內部管理：
報告期內，公司啟動實施組織管理體系和薪酬績效管理體系提升項目，通過進一步完善管理體系和績效體系，激發內部潛能，推動人才的引進。在生產部門實施精益生產管理項目，以優化生產環節、控制成本提高效益，以管理變革來提升管理水平，提高公司治理水平，促進公司健康發展。
報告期內，公司實現營業收入約3.46億元，較上年同期減少2.11%，其中醫藥工業實現銷售收入28945.01萬元，較上年同期增加8.01%；醫藥商業實現銷售收入4074.62萬元，較上年同期減少35.76%；金花國際大酒店有限公司實現營業收入1796.19萬元，較上年同期減少18.95%。
