中欣氟材(002915.SZ)半年度淨利潤升58.51%至2543.48萬元
格隆匯8月21日丨中欣氟材(002915.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入2.83億元，同比增長31.81%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2543.48萬元，同比增長58.51%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2406.06萬元，同比增長107.66%；基本每股收益0.2271元。
2019年上半年，公司主要產品的市場佔有率繼續穩居國內同類產品市場份額的領先水平。
公司加快轉型升級步伐，快速提升成果轉化能力；設立項目管理部門，確保各類新建項目有序開展。
上半年我們在緊抓新建項目的同時，完成202車間真空泵技改、甲哌系統真空改造、十二車間整體提升、酰胺擴產改造、BMMI自控系統整改、500噸BMMI不合格項整改、車間安全聯鎖技改、車間冷凍系統改造等項目，累計投入技改費用約2089.94萬元。
2019上半年，公司累計投入研發費用1149萬元，完成對氟苯酚、2,4,6-三氟苯腈、1,3,5-三氟苯等9項研發任務。一方面對現有產品深度研究，提高產品檔次和附加值；另一方面着眼於高端醫藥、農藥中間體，高端電子、材料化學品等新產品的研發與生產，充分發揮公司“浙江中欣含氟化學品與新材料研究院”這一平台優勢，打造成為支撐和推動企業自身發展的核心基地、行業技術進步的示範基地、技術創新和產品開發的先導基地；為公司今後成為全球重要的高端有機化學品的研發、生產、供應的參與者打下基礎。上半年公司新授權國家發明專利1項，累計擁有國家發明專利29項。
加大安全和環保建設投入，夯實長期穩健發展的基礎。制度和體系建設方面：公司始終把安全生產作為經營管理工作的重中之重，堅持構建和諧廠區、維護職工羣眾的生命財產安全、發展循環經濟，創造一個安全生產環境。公司全員安全理念、安全制度建設及安全操作規範等方面均有明顯提升。公司重點抓好隱患排查治理、員工學習培訓、現場應急處置、承包商管理及檢維修安全管理等工作，強化EHS體系建設，重視基礎管理，確保EHS總體受控。在安全、環保設施投入方面：公司從安全、環保角度出發，不斷改進生產體系，對現有生產設施進行升級改造，提升裝置自動化水平，新增和改擴建環保、安全等輔助設施。公司足額提取安全經費，不斷改善安全、環保條件，上半年已累計投入安全生產費用288萬元，環保投入976萬元。
重點加快對高寶礦業重組進程，於2019年6月19日重組事項獲得證監會有條件通過，重組成功後，將有助於公司打通產業鏈，加快實現佈局全產業鏈的遠期目標。
