萬華化學(600309.SH)半年度淨利潤降46.49%至56.21億元
格隆匯8月20日丨萬華化學(600309.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入315.39億元，同比下降15.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤56.21億元，同比下降46.49%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤50.42億元，同比下降49.03%；基本每股收益1.79元。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額82.85億元，同比下降26.13%。
報告期內，受全球經濟發展增速放緩、主產品價格下滑以及出口成本增加等因素影響，公司產品的盈利能力受到一定影響。公司採取策略，積極應對新的市場形勢和挑戰，進行組織管理模式變革，進一步緊密協同全球營銷資源和市場策略，加強全球供應鏈統一管理，更高效地服務全球市場和客户。2017年、2018年、2019年公司先後將“安全管理年”、“安全管理深化年”、“安全管理提升年”作為管理主題，旨在通過三年的持續努力，全面、深入提升公司全員安全意識、過程安全能力、本質安全水平、安全管理能力和安全業績。管理方面，通過創新經營，主動開源節流，一方面通過聚氨酯、石化、新材料和精細化產業鏈佈局，深化產業鏈縱深，通過多元化的產品組合，進一步提升為客户提供產品和解決方案的能力；另一方面，通過生產、管理創新，不斷反思內省，找差距、補短板，追求卓越，抓好管理最後一公里，提升組織效率，提升企業資產運營效率，提升裝置運營和自動化水平。
2019年下半年，在生產方面，公司將繼續加強生產管理，保證裝置穩定運行，保質保量完成生產任務；在銷售管理方面，公司將積極應對外部環境變化對產品銷售的不利影響，主動研判市場發展趨勢，制定合理的銷售策略，保證銷量和利潤的實現；在研發方面，公司將持續開展裝置工藝優化工作，以提高裝置運行效率，降低生產成本，同時加強自主開發項目的研發投入，開發新的技術及產品；在管理方面，公司將規範內部流程和管理制度並適應公司的現狀及發展目標，為公司戰略實現奠定堅實的管理基礎，並結合公司的戰略加強公司人力資源管理，為萬華的長期發展儲備人才。
