格隆匯8月20日丨東信和平(002017.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約5.52億元，同比增長1.04%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1970.04萬元，同比下降7.11%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約2136.68萬元；同比增長32.06%；基本每股收益0.0477元。
公司主要從事智能卡的研發、生產和銷售，報告期內，公司緊密圍繞2019年初制定的經營目標，貫徹“挖掘價值創新突破”的工作方針，踐行“溝通、執行、業績”企業文化，全體員工凝心聚力，強化技術創新與客服支撐，持續提升管理與供應鏈協同能力，通過深化產品結構、拓展新業務、優化基礎管理等舉措促進公司健康穩定發展。
通信領域，上半年，國內市場繼續加大營銷力度，各大運營商集採項目執行情況良好，SIM卡和物聯網卡的出貨量及收入同比均有增長；金融領域，公司緊貼客户需求，積極推行特殊工藝卡，挖掘金融卡附加價值，取得了良好的成效；政府公共事業領域，國內第三代社保卡市場範圍進一步擴大，公司市場地位得到有效鞏固，社保卡髮卡量同比提升，收入亦同比上升；系統集成業務方面，公司配股募投項目“醫保基金消費終端安全管理平台建設及運營項目”正在推進中，報告期內，新增鄭州、開封、嘉興、金華等地進行項目試點。
國際市場方面，公司繼續加大國際市場開發力度，持續推進新產品、新市場準入。報告期內，公司國際市場上金融卡業務的拓展取得成效，俄羅斯子公司成功拿到銀行卡客户測試卡訂單，海外銀行業務取得了突破性進展；公共事業方面，公司成功拿到意大利電子護照訂單，為後續相關業務的開展提供了經驗；海外通信市場因受新興市場需求疲軟，競爭加劇，產品降價等影響，髮卡量和收入均有所下降。
公司以智能卡產品為基點，通過在身份識別與信息安全方面積累的核心技術能力，以原有客户資源為軸心，緊密跟進以eSIM和eSE為代表的物聯網嵌入式安全產品創新路徑；同時通過身份認證eSIM+安全平台結合模式，尋找需求大的應用行業切入，以平台服務模式為支撐，不斷向物聯網系統解決方案和平台運營服務領域延伸。
