萬達電影(002739.SZ)半年度淨利潤降61.88%至5.24億元
格隆匯8月20日丨萬達電影(002739.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入75.64億元，同比下降11.18%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.24億元，同比下降61.88%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5.04億元，同比下降40.65%；基本每股收益0.289元。
2019年上半年，面對電影市場整體下滑和競爭激烈的市場環境，公司在董事會的帶領下，堅定執行年度經營計劃，增收、節流、創收、提效，加強精細化管理，持續創新經營，穩紮穩打，努力完成經營目標。但受票房收入下降、單銀幕產出持續下滑以及萬達影視本報告期主控影片上映較少等因素影響，報告期內公司經營業績同比變動較大。
報告期內，公司實現票房49.7億元，同比減少0.97%，觀影人次1.08億，同比減少9.36%，其中國內票房41.7億元，觀影人次0.97億，境外票房8億元，觀影人次1071.52萬。
報告期內，公司在發展優質影城、確保項目的品質和收益的情況下繼續加強全國影院佈局，在上海、廣州、重慶等城市新增直營影城25家。截止2019年6月30日，公司擁有已開業直營影城617家，銀幕5487塊，其中國內影城563家、銀幕5015塊，境外影院54家，銀幕472塊。公司旗下擁有IMAX銀幕321塊、已開業杜比影院41家。
截至報告期末，公司儲備了豐富的精品IP，如聖鬥士星矢、七龍珠、葫蘆兄弟、關於我轉生變成史萊姆這檔事、閃之軌跡、海底小縱隊、西域列王紀等，新產品預計會在2019年下半年陸續發行。
2019年下半年，公司將繼續加強資源整合和各板塊間業務合作，努力完成經營目標。院線放映方面，公司將通過進一步整合資源，加大營銷力度，持續費用管控，對各品牌、各地域、各層級影城實現差異化管理，不斷提升影城經營管理水平，增強核心競爭能力；電影方面，公司將積極部署優質影片，擴大核心版權運營，加大海外代理髮行，提升創收。公司主投或參與投資製作的《沉默的證人》、《全職高手之巔峯榮耀》、《誤殺》、《烈火英雄》、《中國機長》等影片預計將於下半年上映；電視劇方面，作為“新中國成立70週年電視劇百日展播”的遴選劇目，公司投資製作的《空降利刃》、《激盪》、《大時代》、《最好的時代》、《隱祕而偉大》等多部劇集預計將於下半年播出，《正陽門下年輕人》、《ICU48小時》、《號手就位》等計劃將於下半年開始拍攝。
