報告期內,公司主營業務收入主要來自於金融信息化、移動信息服務和電子商務等業務領域。
歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為負,主要原因是公司主營業務受大型銀行客户採購波動性、市場競爭毛利率下降等因素的影響,營業收入及淨利潤較上年同期有所下降;同時,公司投資發展的個人徵信、互聯網保險、證券等業務尚未實現盈利,對公司投資收益產生影響。
