格隆匯8月20日丨春興精工(002547.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告,報告期內公司實現33.60億元,同比增長44.92%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1584.35萬元,同比下降47.32%;經營活動現金淨流入3871.57萬元,同比下降63.68%;基本每股收益0.01元,加權平均淨資產收益率0.61%。
報告期末,公司總資產89.56億元,較上年度末增長2.30%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產24.93億元,較上年度末下降8.51%。
通信業務作為公司傳統主業,為提升後續的發展能力,公司加快技術研發升級,加大對天線業務的研發投入,加大人才引進力度,積極儲備核心技術人才,組建專業研發團隊,為項目順利實施奠定基礎。通信業務海外市場在2019年上半年持續快速增長,並獲得“諾基亞全球採購貢獻獎”,繼續保持其主要客户愛立信、諾基亞的核心供應商地位。
電子元器件分銷業務持續快速發展,在2017年進入公司平台後,在自身優秀的基礎上,充分利用公司平台的資金和資源優勢,獲得了快速發展,整體表現出很好的業績成長性和協同效應。報告期內,電子元器件分銷業務繼續擴充分銷產業版圖,進一步提高其在代理商的市場地位,成為GOODIX、VANCHIP等上游原廠的核心代理商;同時,開發拓展了歐菲、丘鈦、OPPO、聞泰、小米等核心客户,實現銷售收入的迅猛發展;報告期內實現銷售收入16.96億元,較上年同期增長232%。
汽車零部件板塊,經過前幾年的開創和鞏固,奠定了良好的客户平台基礎。公司一直緊跟行業發展趨勢,圍繞新能源汽車和智能駕駛兩大熱點概念,加大優質新客户的開發,如LG,電產,萬都海拉等。智能駕駛系列產品的逐步量產,為該板塊帶來新的銷售和利潤增長點,在乘用車市場整體下滑的情況下,公司汽車零部件業務仍然保持了較好的增長。
消費電子玻璃業務方面,控股子公司深圳凱茂2018年順利導入OPPO、華為等終端大客户,其主要產品在2019年上半年開始量產,銷售量逐漸增加,銷售利潤逐步釋放;超薄產品、索尼3D產品2019年上半年在原有市場份額的基礎上,持續增加產能,市場份額進一步增加。
消費電子手機金屬外殼、小型五金結構件及鎂合金業務方面,子公司惠州春興、常熟春興受行業景氣度下降影響,產品的需求規模下降、訂單規模變小;且行業競爭加劇導致產品價格處於較低的水平;而公司前期已投入的固定資產以及業務和生產經營團隊等固定成本較高,該業務整體業績表現低於預期,影響了公司報告期整體利潤。
