格隆匯8月20日丨海量數據(603138.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入2.28億元，同比下降12.41%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1891.08萬元，同比下降19.80%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1750.31萬元，同比下降21.14%；基本每股收益0.126元。
今年上半年，公司加大自主產品研發投入和技術服務創新力度，主營業務綜合毛利率平穩上升，同比增長4.01%。但是，一方面公司自主產品研發投入力度大、推廣期較長；另一方面全球經濟貿易情況緊張，市場情況不佳，導致短期內公司營業收入和利潤有所降低。公司專注數據技術領域，密切關注產業發展和產業競爭形勢，致力於加強自主產品和服務的創新能力，加大自主產品推廣力度，進一步優化業務結構，不斷提高企業綜合競爭實力。
1、聚焦自主技術研發和創新，構建自主可控的數據技術產品體系
2019年以來，公司聚焦自主技術創新，不斷擴充研發力量、完善專家指導團隊，進一步夯實基礎技術研究和產品工程化落地。公司圍繞既有的數據庫、數據存儲、大數據（含數據採集、數據資產管理、數據建模）、數據安全（含數據脱敏）四大自主產品系列，在保證大型通用的基礎上，針對產品的可靠性、高性能、海量數據處理和安全性等方面持續進行深入研發和改進，不斷豐富、優化自主產品體系。報告期內，公司具有完全自主版權、較高安全級別的AtlaDB雲圖數據庫系列產品及VDATA數據庫一體機系列產品在用户中的應用不斷深入。未來，公司將繼續加大自主產品的投入規模和自主創新的力度，為解決用户所有數據問題提供最優的產品和解決方案。
2、優化數據端到端技術服務，保障客户數據價值和數據安全
公司始終堅持“以客户為中心”，針對客户使用數據平台遇到的實際問題，提供專業的一站式軟硬件結合的技術服務，助力用户更高效、便捷的管理數據資產，保障用户數據安全的同時助力用户數據價值的實現。公司一線技術專家帶領技術服務團隊，在總結實踐經驗的基礎上不斷進行優化創新，形成了適應新技術特點的全數據庫服務、數據存儲服務、大數據服務和數據安全服務。
3、提升客户質量和客户滿意度，開拓新興行業和區域
公司注重服務交付的規範性，不斷優化售前至售後每一個角色的工作職責和崗位規範，確保服務過程中每一個里程碑都能順利實現，為客户提供更為優質的服務體驗。2019年上半年，公司產品和服務的行業用户廣度和覆蓋區域不斷深入，客户資源優勢不斷加強。公司加強以重點城市為中心、輻射延伸周邊區域的市場營銷和服務網絡建設，提升了營銷服務網絡的廣度與客户服務響應速度。
