延安必康(002411.SZ)周新基、上海萃竹及陝西北度擬被動減持合計不超5.33%股份
格隆匯8月20日丨延安必康(002411.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年8月20日分別收到公司股東周新基、上海萃竹股權投資管理中心(有限合夥)(“上海萃竹”)、陝西北度新材料科技有限公司(“陝西北度”)的通知，周新基、上海萃竹、陝西北度前期所質押股份存在的被動減持情況並未得到全部解決，仍需與相關質權人進行積極溝通，但未來可能仍存在繼續被動減持的情形。
其中，周新基擬被動減持數量不超過約1263.93萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.82%。在任意連續90個自然日內，周新基通過集中競價減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的1%，通過大宗交易減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的2%。如計劃減持期間有派息、送股、資本公積金轉增股本、配股等除權除息事項，減持股份數量將相應進行調整。
上海萃竹擬被動減持數量不超過約4596.85萬股，即不超過公司總股本的3%，其中通過集中競價減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的1%，通過大宗交易減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的2%。在任意連續90個自然日內，上海萃竹及其一致行動人陳耀民合計通過集中競價減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的1%，通過大宗交易減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的2%。如計劃減持期間有派息、送股、資本公積金轉增股本、配股等除權除息事項，減持股份數量將相應進行調整。
陝西北度擬被動減持數量不超過約2309.69萬股，即不超過公司總股本的1.51%，其中通過集中競價減持不超過約1097.99萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.72%。在任意連續90個自然日內，陝西北度與其一致行動人新沂必康、李宗鬆合計通過集中競價減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的1%，通過大宗交易減持股份的總數不得超過公司股份總數的2%。如計劃減持期間有派息、送股、資本公積金轉增股本、配股等除權除息事項，減持股份數量將相應進行調整。
