騰龍股份(603158.SH)與徐洪峯等設合營公司從事燃料電池汽車系統核心零部件研發生產等
格隆匯8月20日丨騰龍股份(603158.SH)公佈，為保證公司的持續長遠發展，公司根據戰略發展規劃並結合產業市場動態，與徐洪峯、上海特璽投資合夥企業(有限合夥)合資設立合營公司，從事燃料電池汽車系統核心零部件，包括增濕器，燃料電池系統專用電磁閥、控制器、電子水泵、巡檢、水氣氫專用管路等產品的研發、生產、銷售和售後服務。
各方共同出資設立公司，註冊資本為人民幣10000萬元，由公司、徐洪峯、上海特璽投資合夥企業(有限合夥)分別認繳出資人民幣6000萬元、2500萬元、1500萬元，均以現金出資，分別佔股60%、25%，15%。
公告顯示，徐洪峯系大連交通大學教授、博士生導師，長期致力於新能源和可再生能源方面研究，特別是燃料電池相關理論和技術。近五年來，主要在新能源領域的燃料電池和超級電容器以及新型儲能技術等方面開展理論與技術研究工作，先後主持科技部“863”計劃課題2項(“新型高效儲能電池技術”、“薄型金屬雙極板子交換膜燃料電池堆研究”)，主持國家自然科學基金資助課題2項，其中“薄型金屬雙極板子交換膜燃料電池堆研究”項目取得金屬雙極板製備技術成果已經應用於新源動力股份有限公司的燃料電池發電系統。徐洪峯教授團隊在新能源領域，特別是燃料電池領域取得了顯著成績，得到了國內外同行的認可，目前是科技部和教育部的多個學科項目與成果評審專家。徐洪峯教授及其團隊在燃料電池相關產品及其零部件行業擁有超過15年的技術研究和開發經驗，是業內知名的燃料電池產品技術專家之一。
此次投資事項符合公司未來發展戰略。公司一直把新能源汽車相關零部件作為未來發展的重要方向，通過此次投資事項，公司進一步佈局新能源汽車-氫燃料電池汽車核心汽車零部件應用領域，引入以徐洪峯及其團隊作為公司開發該類產品的技術依託，進一步集聚行業內優秀人才和相關領先資源，將加快研發適用於氫燃料電池汽車的相關汽車零部件產品和技術，持續開拓包括氫燃料電池汽車在內的新能源汽車市場，充分利用公司在國內外汽車市場的市場資源優勢，大力開發市場，提升上市公司的整體競爭能力。
