格隆匯8月19日丨元成股份(603388.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入5.07億元，同比增長10.53%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6182.35萬元，同比增長23.27%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5357.62萬元，同比增長9.94%；基本每股收益0.22元。
報告期內公司根據戰略定位及戰略規劃，積極地進行業務拓展和整合資源，公司對內進行技術創新提升和轉型升級，對外進行多方面多維度的業務開發與拓展。
公司在生態景觀領域深耕業務，做實做優，積極地推進業務拓展及業務落實並組織實施推進，同時通過產業鏈的整合，公司在生態景觀領域的規劃、設計、施工、產業投資等產業鏈一體化的能力有所提升，通過傳統設計、施工招投標模式、EPC模式、PPP模式、參股投資等多種業務模式進行業務拓展提升競爭優勢，在2019年半年度實現生態景觀業務領域營業收入約1.32億元，毛利率約為19.86%。
由於環保領域國家層面政策鼓勵採購PPP模式招標，公司為謹慎選擇和推進PPP項目，在報告期內，公司實現綠色環保類業務較上年同期比重有所下降。綠色環保領域2019年半年度取得的營業收入約4372.12萬元，毛利率約為24.81%。
在休閒旅遊板塊，公司紮實推進，穩步提升，在報告期內，公司2019年半年度實現休閒旅遊類業務的營業收入約3.15億元，毛利率約為29.01%。
公司的規劃、設計的實力進一步加強，同時服務於大型項目的產業協同效應進一步增強。在2019年半年度公司實現規劃設計類服務約1172.39萬元，毛利率約為24.19%。
公司旗下全資子公司元成傳媒運營的園林網是國內領先的大型專業園林門户網站，涵蓋商務、資訊、服務和交流四大版塊，包括苗木供應、苗木報價、資材供應、園林人才、行業信息等欄目，為業內企業提供資源整合、會員服務、品牌推廣、行業交流等全方位服務，同時公司也提供植物養護，工程維養等服務，在2019年半年度此類業務實現營業收入約479.59萬元，毛利率約為54.46%。
