傑克股份(603337.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤降22.19%至1.62億元
格隆匯8月19日丨傑克股份(603337.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入20.52億元，同比增長0.08%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.92億元，同比下降12.91%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.62億元，同比下降22.19%；基本每股收益0.43元。
2019年上半年，三大事業部研發及中央研究院協同合作，充分消化吸收德國、意大利的技術並加以運用，優化現有產品升級換代，加快縫紉機、裁牀及襯衫、牛仔自動縫製設備新品的上市速度，提升產品性能，助推公司高質量發展。
強化產品端到端質量目標管理，從需求輸入的分類排序、模版優化上進一步做了完善，通過準確分析需求，為產品立項打好基礎，同時在產品開發過程中，增設了一票否決權，並通過考核績效的形式予以強化管理，通過生命週期管理的全面運行，進一步提升了產品質量。
中央研究院積極推進三產業的技術交流溝通，佈局前沿技術開發，高標準高質量推進工業物聯網在縫製設備領域的應用建設，通過提升縫製設備的自動化、數字化和智能化水平，解決縫製設備廠商、用户、經銷商之間端到端的全方位物聯網服務，打造一個行業級物聯網應用標杆，助力企業轉型升級
狠抓零缺陷質量文化的落實，大力推進提質增效、降本減存，加快實現產品質量穩定性世界第一的目標。2019年上半年公司投入建成全自動打包線，打包生產線可實現無人打包，同時持續推進計劃聯動項目，進一步減少車間庫存。公司始終堅持以客户為導向，以滿足客户需求為目標，從產品質量、管理效益、創新研發、供應鏈、渠道和客户等方面提升產品質量，提高管理效益，通過持續精益改進、技術改善，提高工效，降低產品成本；通過加快柔性線生產能力的提升、生產訂單系統管理等提升產品週轉效率，降低庫存資金。同時公司開展計劃聯動項目實現低庫存快速交付，公司並與健峯合作開展精益道場建設，為公司未來持續輸入新鮮血液。公司還開展了SRM,WMS等信息化項目，為實現高質量發展添磚加瓦。
2019年上半年，國內國貿雙通道並行，以A5、A2S、C3等主要產品持續發力，開展超值體驗、我為傑克代言、以舊換新、服務巡檢等活動，並以新媒體直播、線上線下培訓、Facebook線上直播等，逐步深化公司品牌影響力，助推業績提升。通過開展A5、A6高端產品的推廣、大客户接待日、三產業聯合參展等市場活動，促進縫紉機、裁牀及襯衫、牛仔自動縫製產業三產業協同發展。
