格隆匯8月19日丨國元證券(000728.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入15.85億元，同比增長42.83%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.33億元，同比增長86.74%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.28億元，同比增長86.52%；基本每股收益0.13元，擬每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
2019年上半年，受科創板開板、MSCI擴容、A股納入富時羅素全球指數、滬倫通開通、QFII額度翻倍、股指期貨鬆綁等諸多有利因素影響，A股市場表現較為亮眼，呈現出結構性牛市特徵，這為公司各項業務的開展提供了良好的外部條件。面對積極有利的市場環境，公司聚焦“十三五”發展目標，按照“穩增長、調結構、促改革、防風險、增協同、強執行、科技賦能、集約化經營、精細化管理”工作主線,以高質量發展為目標，增強資本實力，保持充裕合理的流動性安排，提高綜合金融服務能力與風險防控能力，各項業務穩步發展,取得了良好的經營業績。2019年7月，公司被評為A類A級證券公司，這是自2007年行業實施分類評價以來，公司第11次獲得A類評級。
報告期內,公司實現投行業務淨收入2.09億元，比上年同期增長39.10%；發生投行業務成本9162.63萬元，比上年同期下降13.35%；實現投行業務利潤1.17億元，比上年同期增長164.54%。其中，母公司實現投行業務淨收入2.02億元，比上年同期增長37.21%；發生投行業務成本8260.52萬元，比上年同期下降15.25%；實現投行業務利潤1.19億元，比上年同期增長140.51%。
報告期內，公司實現自營業務淨收入3.86億元，比上年同期增加4.65億元；發生自營業務成本3804.33萬元，比上年同期下降31.53%；實現自營業務利潤3.48億元，比上年同期增加4.83億元。其中，母公司實現自營業務淨收入1.80億元，比上年同期增加3.26億元；發生自營業務成本2726.07萬元，比上年同比下降25.64%；實現自營業務利潤1.53億元，比上年同期增加3.36億元。
