格隆匯8月19日丨康斯特(300445.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入1.25億元，同比增長23.06%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3574.83萬元，同比增長23.73%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤3365.89萬元，同比增長17.49%；基本每股收益0.2181元。
報告期內，公司研發投入金額2253.02萬元，佔總營收的18.04%，公司研發高投入與產品高附加值已互為因果關係。高準確度儀器儀表是高研發密集度產業，智能化的高準確度儀器儀表更是涉及多學科、跨專業技術領域的交叉與融合。2015年-2018年，公司智能校準檢測終端產品佔比由24%提升至32%，公司正以壓力檢測技術為主，延伸建設温度、電學的多學科協同研發平台，專業化、系統化的將自身核心技術與前沿技術相適應與轉化。截至2019年6月末，公司正申報待批專利42項，其中包含PCT國際專利5項，國內發明專利20項；在保護期各項技術專利111項及軟件著作權42項，其中發明專利17項，歐洲專利4項，美國專利4項。在保護期及已申報待批專利中，壓力檢測相關專利與温度、電學相關專利佔比為7:3。
1)壓力檢測新產品成長空間進一步打開。①具有全球領先水平的ConST811系列產品，最大造壓壓力為4MPa，最佳壓力控制穩定度為±0.02 hPa，已推出了包括氣壓版、氣象版等五個版本，2011年上市以來逐步受到全球用户認可，截至2018年，已累計實現銷售額超1.4億元。報告期內，融合氣壓控制技術、智能交互技術的ConST811系列再次推出重量級新品，其檢測效率再次提升1/3，精度最高至0.01級，最大造壓可至7MPa，可覆蓋80%以上的常規壓力儀表量程，同時可實現壓力傳感器的檢定，這將會進一步擴大該系列產品的優勢；②應用12項專利技術的ConST810系列產品通過wifi、藍牙等等相關無線通訊技術及有線通訊技術聯網進行遠程操控，並可通過APP進行應用監測，為用户確保相關產品參數運行穩定的同時，亦提升現場巡檢效率。報告期內，ConST810系列在國際市場銷量同比增長28%。
2)温度產品業務需求逐步釋放。①ConST660系列智能幹體爐可以滿足不同行業、不同場景的應用，ConST660系列產品在2018年6月至2019年6月期間的銷售額已大幅超過其研發投入金額。②採用高精度電測、互連多媒體交互、極簡通道擴展等技術的ConST685智能多通道測温儀，具備8位半高精度測量能力，最高準確度可達2mk，達到國際先進水平，可滿足各行業對温度傳感器校準檢定、恆温源性能測試、現場温濕場測試等深度需求。③搭載ACal校準平台系統的全新智能温度自動檢定系統ConST680，以ConST685為控制中樞，大幅温度產品校準檢定過程的工作效率和準確度。
