北新建材(000786.SZ)半年度業績盈轉虧至6.91億元
格隆匯8月19日丨北新建材(000786.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入60.38億元,同比增長0.84%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損6.91億元,上年同期盈利12.99億元;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤10.98億元,同比下降11.61%;基本每股虧損0.409元。
2019年上半年,房地產投融資和銷售持續嚴格調控,產業鏈資金持續緊張,面對嚴峻形勢,在公司董事會的科學決策下,公司管理層帶領全體幹部員工堅持貫徹“從管理到經營”,持續推進“三精”管理,落實“穩價、降本、保量、壓減、優化”經營措施,聚焦主業,紮實推進生產經營、改革創新、轉型升級、國際佈局等各項工作。
報告期內,公司持續推行營銷2.0,開展營銷升級,加強與各大房地產集團、裝飾公司的合作,打造“整體解決方案+材料集成供應+設計施工諮詢指導”的一體化產業發展新平台。公司新版網站及電商平台正式上線,組建市場化、專業化的營銷團隊,拓展新零售業務。
報告期內,公司以石膏板業務為核心,進一步發展“石膏板+”業務。繼續推廣“以石膏板複合牆體替代磚頭砌塊、礦棉板替代高價定製鋁扣板吊頂、魯班萬能板替代木材油漆壁紙壁布、金邦板替代石材”的四個替代;加大對輕鋼龍骨的研發投入、加強專利開發,提升龍骨配套率。上半年,公司繼續發展內裝裝配化,打造北新魯班萬能板產品體系,推廣“個性化設計、工業化生產、裝配化施工、即裝即住”的全屋裝配系統。
泰山石膏聚力技術創新,優化工藝,推進石膏板產品的增厚降重,研發抗衝擊石膏板、壓花裝飾板、玻璃纖維布面石膏板等新產品,提升競爭力。
報告期內,北新建材石膏板30億平米產能佈局建設穩步推進,截至2019年6月30日,公司石膏板投產產能達27億平方米。根據市場形勢和公司發展需要,經過對市場和資源的統籌分析,北新建材制定新一輪全球石膏板產業佈局發展規劃,計劃將石膏板全球業務產能佈局擴大至50億平方米左右(其中國內至40億平方米左右、海外10億平方米左右),配套進行50萬噸龍骨產能佈局,加快優勢業務建設與發展,進一步強化和鞏固北新建材的核心業務護城河。關於每一條石膏板生產線的投資規模、資金來源、建設地點、投資回報等情況,公司將在條件具備時提交內部有權機構審議。
