格隆匯8月19日丨力星股份(300421.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約3.52億元，同比增長0.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約3019.01萬元，同比下降19.55%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約2520.51萬元，同比下降17.86%；基本每股收益0.1203元。
報告期內，公司在董事會的正確領導及全體員工的緊密合作下，對照公司年初制定的各項目標任務，貫徹落實公司年初提出的“創新、人才、精品、技術、智能、環保”工作思路，以人才為綱領，強化人才隊伍建設；深化成本核算控制、不斷實現降本增效；緊扣市場為導向，擴充內外市場空間；實施創新驅動，促進節能減排，確保安全環保；縱深推進多元化管理，健全管理體系、優化考核機制和管理體系，加推大數據企業信息化、智能化工作邁上新台階，公司國際化、集團化等戰略實施取得較大進展，繼續保持國內行業領先。
隨着鋼球需求量的不斷增長，專業化、規模化的經營模式逐步成為發展趨勢。報告期內，公司加快國內外滾動體生產和銷售業務的產業佈局，加快推進公司“國際化”戰略的實施，提升力星品牌在世界高端市場的影響力和控制力，更好地服務現有客户與潛在客户，促進公司可持續健康發展。公司進一步開拓如舍弗勒集團、韓國日進等知名軸承客户。滾子作為公司重點開發的高精尖產品，作為公司的第二增長點，正向預期目標穩健邁進，報告期內，通過了SKF中小型及車削線的QT3審核，大滾子項目穩步推進中。
報告期內，公司始終將自主研發與工藝創新放在首位，密切關注國內外軸承鋼球的新產品和新工藝，完善公司技術研發體系，提高技術開發效率，同時公司不斷增加技改投入，提高設備裝備水平，採用新技術、新工藝、新材料等，加大對現有產品的技術改進和產品升級換代，進一步提高產品質量和工藝水平，提高企業的綜合競爭能力和經濟效益，實現可持續的快速發展。
報告期內，各分公司與相關職能部門通力合作，熱處理部分工序自動化生產項目、輪轂砂輪磨高精度產品精研油改水性磨削液加工、大滾子切入磨連線項目、大數據管理平台建設MES+BPM+PLM項目、熱處理鹽浴生產工藝、圓錐滾子對數曲線磨加工項目、高鐵滾子冷鐓模具優化項目、滾子新廠房智能示範車間項目、滾子新廠房MES系統的開發及應用等創新項目穩步推進中，成果初步顯現。
多元深化、創新管理，才能滿足企業健康快速發展的需要，永葆企業競爭優勢的活力。報告期內，在“組織”、“人事”二個結構的不斷深入改革調整推進下，公司進一步完善了管理機制，加速新生代的培養，建立鍛鍊平台，實施集團各分公司“一把手”負責制下的直管體制，同時將“多元化”管理的理念由高層向各部門、分公司、工段、班組、直到基層推行，將權力放下去，責任落在實處，形成了“職務、權力、結果、考核”的管理模式，使產、銷形成對線管理、優化產成品庫存管控、銷售應收款清收、滯留品壓降和清理、三項費用管控、降本增效、安全環境節能減排等管理工作都體現了穩中有升的趨勢，堅持重協組例會、月度綜合點評會的開展，及時、妥善解決了一些重要、緊急和常態運行的發展矛盾，同時做到傳幫帶，使得企業健康、穩健運行。
