格隆匯8月19日丨寶信軟件(600845.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入26.99億元，同比增長11.86%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.06億元，同比增長37.28%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.85億元，同比增長46.57%；基本每股收益0.356元。
報告期內，公司主要市場鋼鐵行業兼併重組持續推進，智慧製造建設需求高漲；新一代信息基礎設施業務全國佈局正式開啟，上架率持續攀升；通過參與一系列國家重大項目，創新溢出效應不斷增速。上半年，公司經營效率持續優化，經營業績再創歷史同期新高。
報告期內公司各項主要業務發展情況如下：
進一步完善資源配置、加強業務統籌、優化智慧製造業務推進機制。培育集控、智能裝備、大數據、人工智能、移動物聯、工業網絡安全、虛擬製造七大關鍵技術，重點開展5G技術前瞻性研究並取得突破，支撐中國寶武發佈無人駕駛120噸框架車、機器人遠程實時操控、遠程質檢、遠程鍊鋼等全球首批鋼鐵行業5G應用，圍繞創新構建核心競爭力，不斷提升公司智慧製造的總體策劃能力和產業服務能力，引領行業技術進步。
基於工業互聯網平台實現鋼鐵企業傳統自動化、信息化體系重構，形成智能工廠、智慧運營、協同生態三層架構，通過扁平化內涵和生態化外延，構建寶信軟件面向未來的領先優勢；推進智能工廠平台iPlat、生態技術平台ePlat和大數據平台設計開發；完成工業PaaS平台部署，開展工業APP開發和測試工作，加快相關示範項目的落地與推廣。
持續完善新一代信息基礎設施建設體系能力，有效推進現有項目建設和交付使用，逐步形成良好的經濟效益；踐行寶之雲新一代信息基礎設施全國佈局戰略，整合內外部資源優勢，推動相關項目落地；完成寶之云云服務產業規劃及相關節點方案設計，基於全國佈局加快雲計算服務升級。
進一步推進智慧城市業務領域聚焦和業務能力提升培養核心競爭力。在軌道交通解決方案層面，優化提煉“智慧車站管理、智慧線路運營、智慧線網管控”三層業務架構，利用各城市地鐵線網化管理和線路運營效率提升的契機，拓展基於大數據、無人駕駛、人工智能等技術的核心業務，聚焦提高競爭力，提升盈利能力。寶信軟件承建的上海生活垃圾分類運輸處置管控系統正式上線，以信息化助力上海生態之城建設，體現公司積極承擔社會責任、履行讓城市生活更智慧的使命。
積極探索中台戰略，打造“大中台、敏項目”的創新軟件工程模式。採用先進的分佈式微服務架構，構建提供各類可重用服務的中台，通過快速組合中台成熟業務實現項目端的高效、高質量交付，在不斷地實踐推廣中促進模式創新的迭代優化。
