國恩股份(002768.SZ)上半年淨利潤增長35.16%至1.68億元
格隆匯8月18日丨國恩股份(002768.SZ)發佈半年度財報，報告期內，公司實現營業收入20.29億元人民幣(下同)，同比增長43.08%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.68億元，同比增長35.16%；基本每股收益0.62元。
公告表示，2019年上半年，在國內外經濟形勢複雜，下游汽車、家電行業增速下行的大環境下，公司基於對行業的深刻理解和研發積累，堅持以新材料縱向一體化生產專業平台為核心，以輕量化材料和功能性材料業務為兩翼，全面推動新材料在各領域應用業務的協同發展，克服重重壓力，繼續保持業績穩定增長態勢。
輕量化材料板塊方面。報告期內，公司圍繞家電、汽車行業深化及多點佈局，推進原有大客户業務增長，有效開拓專用汽車市場，加強銷售團隊建設，向戰略客户的新品供貨延伸，着力開拓新能源汽車領域客户。
改性材料業務方面。報告期內，公司在與海爾、海信等原有大客户繼續深化合作的基礎上，持續推進與格力、奧克斯、聯想、和而泰等客户的業務量增長，供貨量大幅提升；實現康佳、創維、兆馳、小米電視黑電系統的批量供貨；完成小米電視的材料驗證工作，HIPSVO材料已批量供貨；完成了聯想電腦機箱及顯示器材料的批量供貨。2019年上半年，在消費升級浪潮的推動下，小家電市場發展迅速，公司牢牢把握市場機遇，持續加強與小米供應鏈(智米、雲米、華米等)、九陽等客户深入合作，供貨量同比大幅上升。汽車業務方面，已實現了比亞迪、陝汽、北汽、福田、吉利等汽車供應鏈體系的現批量供貨；與現代、比亞迪、福田等在新材料認證方面進行開發合作。
非金屬纖維複合材料業務方面。2019年上半年，在現有熱固性複合材料的基礎上開發了鼎信科技SMC產品——配電開關監控終端外殼，成功完成了配電行業產品的研發生產；為特鋭德箱式變電站拓展開發了防火門、頂蓋等非金屬化解決方案；在為青島特來電先期開發的標準類第三代非金屬直流終端充電樁殼體基礎上，研製開發了定製類非標拓展產品，並全面推向市場應用，公司具備各類充電樁殼體產品的研發、生產能力；在BMC領域完成了海爾電裝盒產品的階段性開發，逐步導入量產階段；公司自主研發城市樹穴蓋板項目，因其造型美觀、環保綠色，得到市政廣泛好評；同時，以與北汽研究總院聯合開發新能源汽車座椅支架為契機，研發並儲備熱塑帶(碳纖、玻纖)鋪設骨架、一體化注塑/模壓技術。
專用汽車及配套熱固性輕量化材料業務方面。2019年上半年，公司與北汽福田達成全面合作，共同開拓國內外商用車及物流車市場。目前，公司自主開發的輕量化車廂以及箱板類產品在福田時代汽車研究院通過各項測試；為福田、奇瑞、青島中集系列燃油和新能源車型配套上裝車廂，預計未來年銷量在10萬台以上；公司牢牢把握全球輕量化材料的發展趨勢，實現與加拿大客户Jamesway和荷蘭客户Hatchtech的全面對接，全面展開海外專用車改裝廠輕量化車廂板材與輕量化房車板材的開發；針對其他專用汽車客户，成功研發聚氨酯型材代替車廂金屬副架，採用標準連接件解決連接節點問題，保證了設計強度要求，從而達到輕量化目的；公司自主研製的自行式房車與拖掛式房車已實現量產，並實現向海外房車製造商供應成套房車配件。
