華菱鋼鐵(000932.SZ)半年度淨利潤降34.94%鐵礦石價格持續上漲、鋼材價格震盪下跌
格隆匯8月16日丨華菱鋼鐵(000932.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入483.37億元，同比增長11.17%；利潤總額37.38億元，同比下降16.09%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤(可比口徑)25.05億元，同比下降27.16%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤22.37億元，同比下降34.94%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤23.04億元，同比下降32.78%；基本每股收益0.5299元。
經營活動產生的現金流量淨額為-5388.09萬元，上年同期則為61.34億元，由正轉負。公司報告期經營活動產生的現金流量淨額大幅減少，主要是由於財務公司歸集的成員單位吸收存款同比大幅減少，而財務公司作為非銀行金融機構，其吸收存款金額計入其經營活動現金流；其次，報告期鋼材價格基本穩定，但鐵礦石價格大幅上漲，導致購買原材料支付的現金同比大幅增加；此外，報告期為保障資源供應和穩順生產，公司按供應商要求，增加現金支付，減少票據支付。
2019年上半年，宏觀經濟總體平穩、穩中有進，鋼鐵行業發展保持了較好的市場需求。但由於鋼鐵新增產能釋放加快，上游原材料特別是鐵礦石價格持續上漲，鋼材價格震盪下跌，鋼企利潤整體出現下滑。報告期，公司實現利潤總額37.38億元，同比下降16.09%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤22.37億元，同比下降34.94%，其下降幅度大於公司利潤總額下降幅度，主要原因有：一是由於公司核心子公司2018年半年度因以前年度虧損尚未彌補，不需要繳納企業所得税，而今年已須按規定繳納企業所得税；二是公司引入了六家債轉股實施機構以32.8億元增資“三鋼”，並已發佈草案擬實施重大資產重組，在重組完成前的過渡期內，公司在“三鋼”持股比例階段性有所下降。重組完成後，“三鋼”將成為公司的全資子公司，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤將相應增加。
報告期，公司保持戰略定力，聚焦結構調整，持續降本增效，深化內部改革，生產經營仍保持了平穩運行。其中，實現營業總收入484.41億元，同比增長11.19%；寬厚板、熱軋品種鋼、無縫鋼管仍維持較高毛利率水平。汽車板公司上半年實現淨利潤7536萬元，與2018年全年度盈利相比增長122.70%；報告期末公司資產負債率為60.40%，較年初降低4.72個百分點。
