越秀金控(000987.SZ)半年度淨利潤升520.49%至11.65億元
格隆匯8月16日丨越秀金控(000987.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入50.29億元，同比增長94.47%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤11.65億元，同比增長520.49%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.32億元，同比增長32.61%；基本每股收益0.423元。
報告期末，公司總資產1104.14億元，較2018年底增長13.94%；歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益為172.10億元，較2018年底增長2.28%。
期內，融資租賃業務實現營業總收入和淨利潤分別為12.73億元和3.83億元，同比分別增長38.37%和30.64%；不良資產管理業務實現營業總收入和淨利潤分別為6.75億元和2.2 4億元，同比分別增長347.55%和98.9 6%；產業基金管理業務實現營業總收入和淨利潤分別為0.83億元和0.47億元，同比分別增長10.55%和23.86%。
在2018年底正式啟動全面戰略轉型基礎上，公司於1月1日將廣州資產納入合併報表，7月初完成廣州資產20%股權收購，實現對廣州資產的實際控股(持股比例從38%上升至58%)；201 9年2月，越秀金控資本正式設立，註冊資本50億元，成立後快速拓展業務，上半年實現盈利；2019年上半年，公司高效完成百貨業務置出項目，實現投資收益約13.52億元，進一步向金融主業聚焦；穩步推進廣州證券與中信證券合併重組項目，已進入中國證監會審核階段。未來，公司將資源聚集於不良資產管理、資本運營、融資租賃等既有一定行業地位、又具有核心優勢的主營業務。
2019年上半年，證券業務平穩開展，經紀業務基礎繼續強化，積極向財富管理轉型。融資租賃業務投放結構持續優化，上半年“四專”項目投放佔比42.49%，同比增長81.76%，廠商租賃項目取得突破，實現投放14.20億元；一二類核心區域投放項目佔比達95.57%。不良資產管理業務聚焦主業，上半年新增不良資產管理規模208億元，繼續保持廣東省內不良資產一級市場佔有率的領先地位；新增不良資產處置規模178億元，順利推進首單破產重組項目陽江新力項目。產業基金管理業務上半年成功投資一批人工智能、新能源等股權投資項目；夾層投資穩步推進，城市更新項目成功落地；量化投資取得突破，自有資金投資絕對收益率達8.48%。資本投資業務聚焦協同，上半年累計投資額達11.88億元。
