漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)簽訂約5.37億元的建設項目工程總承包合同
格隆匯8月16日丨漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)公佈,近日,公司(“承包人”)與杭州良渚新城城建投資有限公司(“發包人”)依照《中華人民共和國合同法》、《中華人民共和國建築法》、《中華人民共和國招標投標法》及相關法律、行政法規,遵循平等、自願、公平和誠信原則,合同雙方就良渚新城杜甫安置房四期3#地塊工程設計採購施工(EPC)總承包事宜經協商一致,簽訂了《建設項目工程總承包合同》。
工程名稱為良渚新城杜甫安置房四期3#地塊工程設計採購施工(EPC)總承包項目。該工程內容及規模:良渚新城杜甫安置房四期3#地塊工程位於杭州市餘杭區良渚街道。總用地面積48517㎡,總建築面積172054㎡,地上建築面積113540㎡;地下建築面積58514㎡。總用地容積率2.5,綠地率30%,建築密度21.09%。概算包括建築、給排水、暖通、電氣、智能化、電梯、燃氣等工程。建設內容主要包括良渚新城杜甫村農民高層公寓四期3#地塊範圍內的農民高層公寓及配套服務用房、配套用房等,以及地下室、室外配套道路、景觀綠化、圍牆等附屬工程等包含但不限於初步設計的內容。EPC總工期1280日曆天。
該工程承包範圍:除建設單位另行委託的專項設計、施工、設備採購安裝等工作以外,包含但不限於良渚新城杜甫安置房四期3#地塊工程初步設計的建設範圍和內容內的所有專業施工圖設計、各類專項設計、非標準設備設計、施工圖預算編制、工程前期手續的辦理、建安工程施工、設備採購、竣工圖編制、組織驗收直至使用單位接手、備案、產權證等相關資料的辦理及保修服務等其他建設方面的內容。
該合同的總金額為約5.37億元,佔公司2018年經審計的營業收入約9.45億元的比例為56.83%。項目實施預計將對公司2019年及以後年度經營業績產生積極影響。
