格隆匯8月16日丨星網宇達(002829.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入1.31億元，同比下降24.89%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤171.23萬元，同比下降85.39%；基本每股收益0.01元。
公司自2005年成立以來，始終堅持以“慣性技術為中心，行業應用為驅動”的發展戰略，在具體業務上，着力打造具有慣性技術特色的智能無人系統產業鏈，在行業內形成良好的品牌影響力；在應用市場領域上，公司重點推動系列產品在軍用武器裝備試驗鑑定與軍事訓練領域的體系化應用，推動公司成為國內知名的軍事訓練器材供應商以及軍事訓練綜合保障解決方案提供商。
公司成立之初，依託用户的需求牽引，先期形成了以慣性技術為基石，導航、測量和穩控三大方向延拓的底層生態根系。公司上市後，在導航、測量和穩控基礎上，進一步延伸發展，建設了智能無人系統產業鏈。基於公司在智能傳感技術領域多年的深耕及積澱，以慣性技術為核心的智能無人系統產業鏈快速發展，目前已初步形成具有持續創新能力、富有廣闊想象空間的慣性基智能無人系統產業鏈，主要包括智能傳感板塊，智能通信板塊，智能無人系統板塊，其中智能傳感器板塊包括慣性導航、衞星導航、光電探測、紅外探測、雷達探測等產品；智能通信包塊包括衞星通信，AIS/VDS通信等產品；智能無人系統包括公司研發的無人機、無人車等產品。
2019年是公司業務由傳統業務為主導向新興業務和傳統業務並重轉換的重要轉折之年，是公司自2016年以來投資的新方向全面開花結果之年，是公司業績全面回升之年。雖然當期新增訂單量高於上年同期，但尚未達到收入確認條件；加之退税手續延後，本期應收的退税金額較上年同期大幅減少；此外，研發投入較大，影響當期利潤。
報告期內，慣性器件及慣性導航產品競爭力持續提升，在軍民兩個市場持續深入發展，業務穩健，訂單持續提升；光電探測和雷達探測等新業務已完成由孵化期向快速發展期轉換，2019年上半年合同額已超越2018年全年合同額；衞星通信業務在軍事裝備、軍事訓練、民用領域等應用不斷深入，業務量較去年有大幅度提升；此外，在無人機業務方面，公司持續加大研發投入，產品研發和定型有較大程度突破，有望在下半年給公司帶來新的業務增長。
