寶新能源(000690.SZ)半年度淨利潤降35%至3.17億元
格隆匯8月16日丨寶新能源(000690.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入21.51億元，同比增長9.79%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.17億元，同比下降35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.41億元，同比下降56.85%；基本每股收益0.15元。
2019年上半年，宏觀經濟增長穩中趨緩、全社會用電量增速回落，國家進一步實施降税減費、扶持氣電核電實現逆勢增長，省內電力市場交易規模進一步擴大，湖南雲貴等地來水偏豐、水電利用小時數同比增長，煤炭價格同比有所下降，受上述因素影響，廣東火電設備利用小時數下降，公司盈利仍存壓力。
面對當前經營環境，公司董事會與管理層深入貫徹實施“產融結合、雙輪驅動”發展戰略，堅定發展信心，始終堅持新能源電力安全生產、提質增效，努力促進新金融投資審慎經營、優化發展。
公司積極利用各種有利因素，根據當前安全環保生產新形勢，努力抓好梅縣荷樹園電廠日常經營，深入推進陸豐甲湖灣電廠項目建設，努力為公司整體業績的實現打下穩固基礎。報告期內，廣東陸豐甲湖灣電廠新建工程項目(2×1000MW超超臨界機組)全部建成，公司總裝機容量從151.8萬千瓦提升至351.8萬千瓦，增長了131.75%，電力業務規模躍上新台階，進一步鞏固了公司新能源電力細分行業龍頭地位。
為積極響應廣東省委、省政府大力推動海洋經濟發展、打造全省海洋經濟發展重要增長極的號召，公司與中廣核風電有限公司簽署協議，共同投資設立中廣核新能源海上風電(汕尾)有限公司(“項目公司”)，聯合開發汕尾甲子海上風電場(900MW)和汕尾後湖海上風電場(500MW)。報告期內，公司與中廣核風電有限公司已完成註冊資本實繳，項目公司已完成工商備案登記。
公司發起設立的梅州客商銀行主動適應新時代監管要求，秉承“依法合規、穩健經營”的理念，強化全面風險管理，推進各項業務佈局，進一步提升專業化、差異化金融服務能力。報告期內，梅州客商銀行與廣發銀行簽署全面業務合作協議，與廣東一一五科技、嘉應學院達成戰略合作，開通廣東省個人信用報告自助查詢代理點，上線國庫信息處理系統、獲批同業拆借業務資格，各項業務穩步推進、縱深發展。截止報告期末，梅州客商銀行總資產152.52億元，報告期內實現營業收入1.14億元，淨利潤1958.66萬元，不良貸款率為0，形成了業務規模持續增長、資產質量持續穩定的良好發展局面，成為公司金融戰略落地的重要抓手。
