格隆匯8月16日丨海得控制(002184.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約8.40億元，同比增長10.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約523.85萬元，同比增長111.67%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約157.88萬元，同比增長103.28%；基本每股收益0.0219元。
報告期內，公司工業電氣產品分銷業務團隊立足穩步發展的經營管理目標，紮實推進年初制定的各項經營管理措施，業務保持較好增長。市場銷售拓展方面，通過保持對重點地區的持續投入，廣東、華中、蘇北等重點發展地區業務實現較快增長；通過堅持產品專銷團隊和自動化項目小組建設，中高端製造業客户和新興行業客户的市場開拓穩步推進；通過保持對已引進的具有高附加值的通用性產品業務的投入，該類產品業務實現快速推進。運營管理方面，繼續優化和升級庫存和採購管理策略，通過增加信息化管理工具和成立管理中台組織、優化業務流程等措施，營運效率持續提升。財務管理方面，通過進一步升級信控管理辦法，不斷加強賒銷客户前期風險評估，業務端資金週轉效率保持較好水平。人才培養方面，在繼續堅持S系列銷售和管理人才培訓的基礎上，增加新晉經理人培訓，新晉經理人成熟時間進一步縮短。通過以上措施的有效實施，報告期內公司工業電氣產品分銷業務板塊實現營業收入60,898.57萬元，實現毛利6895.69萬元，較上年同期分別增長11.41%、9.21%，營業收入和盈利能力持續穩步提升。
根據國家統計局發佈的2019年上半年經濟發展情況數據顯示，2019年上半年，我國製造業投資同比增長3.0%，今年以來製造業轉型升級投資始終保持較快增長，其中，製造業技術改造投資和高技術製造業投資保持較快增長，較上年同期分別增長13.1%、10.4%。同時，工業新動能保持較快增長，工業戰略性新興產業增加值和高技術製造業增加值同比分別增長7.7%、9.0%，分別快於規模以上工業增加值1.7個百分點和3.0個百分點。報告期內，公司智能製造業務實現營業收入19,988.97萬元，同比增長10.62%，毛利額同比增長2.83%。
新能源業務板塊包括新能源發電EPC業務和大功率電力電子產品業務。2019年上半年，公司新能源業務板塊實現整體營業收入3147.29萬元，同比下降1.45%，毛利額同比增長63.67%
