航天動力(600343.SH)發佈半年報淨利潤升13.81%至1285.19萬元
格隆匯8月16日丨航天動力(600343.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約8.10億元，同比增長20.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1285.19萬元，同比增長13.81%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1009.42萬元，同比增長6.97%；基本每股收益0.020137元。
報告期內，公司繼續圍繞“排風險、補短板、謀發展”開展大量工作，改革與發展並舉，為構建可支撐未來持續擴張的集團化管控架構奠定基礎。上半年整體經濟指標較去年有所改善，市場狀況有喜有憂，主要經營情況如下：
1.市場開拓方面：公司通過產品性能提升、提供優質服務促進市場開拓，多個領域實現突破。管線輸油泵、化工泵產品獲得客户青睞，訂單增幅明顯，報告期內中標中石化多個項目；水利設備市場工作取得喜人成績，在天津、江西、新疆、江蘇等地中標多個千萬項目合同；車載消防泵抓住消防車底盤“國五轉國六”契機，圍繞提高產品核心競爭力，開展性能優化工作，目前市場漸顯恢復之勢；汽車液力變矩器持續強化對國內自主品牌核心市場佈局，與多個汽車品牌零部件製造商形成合作關係。
2.科技創新工作方面：報告期內，公司加強創新體系建設工作，構建公司級研發共享平台，為加強基礎性研究、共性技術研究和前沿技術研究提供組織保障；報告期內，公司申請專利18項，其中發明9項，PCT國際專利1項；取得專利授權12項，其中發明1項。攻克某型號流量計精度和線性關鍵技術難題，實現流量計整表精度優化升級工作；完工交付的2萬噸/年氫氰酸反應器組打破單套產能記錄；流量注水泵，突破注水泵閥組件及柱塞密封長時間運行的關鍵技術，成功完成8000小時連續工業運行無故障目標試驗。
3.管理工作方面：報告期內，公司組建機械加工中心，服務事業部和相關子公司，提高了設備、人員利用率，發掘產能潛力；開展合同履行效能監察，不斷規範管理，防範風險；開展整改落實情況日常監察，加強監督，督促落實整改。
4.人才隊伍建設方面：強化科技人才隊伍建設，暢通科技人才職業發展通道；通過名師帶徒、專業知識培訓等加大對技能人員的培訓，提升專業技術技能；通過開展安全生產教育培訓、質量專題會、質量微課堂等方式不斷增強全員安全意識和質量意識。
