如意集團(002193.SZ)半年度淨利潤升74.95%至5055.14萬元
格隆匯8月15日丨如意集團(002193.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入5.98億元，同比增長2.14%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5055.14萬元，同比增長74.95%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3648.76萬元，同比增長215.20%；基本每股收益0.19元。
報告期內，公司在董事會、管理層和全體員工的共同努力下，圍繞方針目標和經營計劃，堅持“高端定位，精品戰略”方針，實施高質量發展戰略，充分發揮紡織智造、時尚品牌產業鏈協同效應，縮小產品設計和創新能力與國際領先企業的差距，創新經營、生產、技術研發，實現傳統制造向服務型製造轉型升級。公司堅持大客户戰略，優化業務佈局，調整產品結構，同時大力開拓高端客户，嚴格控制產品質量，加強成本控制，經營業績實現平穩增長。報告期內公司重點工作完成情況如下：
1、踐行新舊動能轉換，實行智能化升級改造。將傳統的大批量剛性生產轉向多品種、小批量柔性高效生產方式，既能滿足批量訂單生產，更能滿足個性化定製需求，為實現互聯網+服務型製造的轉型升級奠定堅實基礎。
2、創建智慧門店，打造新零售模式。運用人工智能和大數據分析，打造集娛樂、體驗、購物相結合的新零售模式。從引客入店、信息補充、體驗提升、支付評價、數據採集、系統工具6個方向，對門店進行優化改進。同時，智慧門店實現了從紗線面料智慧設計系統、服裝智慧選擇系統、從門店到工廠全流程個性化定製，實現科技、大數據賦能傳統零售。
3、智能工廠攜手時裝發佈會，再現如意新時尚。成功舉辦全球首次千人工廠實景秀“2019如意智造·商務時裝發佈會”，掀起中國商務時尚新潮流，活動吸引了300餘名國內外紡織行業重要領導、院校嘉賓、重要客户齊聚公司智能工廠，充分展示了時尚如意、智慧如意。
4、成立“服裝設計師創新中心”，為公司集聚設計精英。依託集團自有優勢，整合設計師資源，簽約知名設計師，實施個性化產品戰略，提高產品盈利能力，助推高質量發展。
5、參加中國國際面料設計大賽，1個產品“丹寧新解”獲最佳紋樣創意大獎；3個產品獲第41屆(2020春夏)中國流行面料入圍評審優秀獎。
