賽意信息(300687.SZ)子公司擬1.5億元參設股權投資基金
格隆匯8月15日丨賽意信息(300687.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年8月15日召開的第二屆董事會第六次會議審議通過了《關於產業基金參與設立股權投資基金的議案》，董事會同意公司控股子公司廣東賽意信息產業投資中心(有限合夥)(“產業基金”)以自有資金出資1.5億元人民幣與產業基金普通合夥人共青城華道創新投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“華道創新”)、廣州開發區新興產業投資基金管理有限公司(“開發區新興產業基金”)共同設立廣州瀚科股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(暫定名，“股權投資基金”)。
擬設立股權投資基金為廣州瀚科股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)；基金規模：2億元人民幣。
股權投資基金重點投資於新一代信息技術領域。股權投資基金投資於廣州市黃埔區、廣州開發區重點扶持和鼓勵發展的IAB、NEM、區塊鏈、工業互聯網及5G應用等新興產業領域的規模不低於股權投資基金總規模的60%。投資於廣州市黃埔區、廣州開發區高層次人才創新創業項目的資金不低於開發區新興產業基金出資額的1.5倍。股權投資基金對於單個企業的累計投資金額不得超過股權投資基金規模的20%；不得投資於其他股權投資基金(為投資單一項目設置的特殊投資實體除外)；不得從事證券交易、房地產投資和法律、法規禁止從事的其他事項。
此次產業基金參與設立股權投資基金，旨在通過尋找具有較大增長潛力或持續盈利能力穩定的標的進行投資孵化，增強公司在雲、大數據、智能製造、工業物聯網IIOT、人工智能及5G通信應用等新一代信息技術領域的核心競爭力。所投資的領域及方向與公司主營業務具有顯著的協同效應，符合公司的發展戰略，有利於公司持續健康發展。公司堅持通過內生增長與外延式併購相結合的方式提升公司的收入與利潤規模，實現企業的經營目標，此次參與設立產業基金有利於整合社會資本和優勢資源，充分發揮投資平台作用。
