通裕重工(300185.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升8.11%至1.18億元
格隆匯8月15日丨通裕重工(300185.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約17.86億元，同比增長3.06%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.18億元，同比增長8.11%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約1.18億元，同比增長19.53%；基本每股收益0.04元。
報告期內，公司繼續堅持“訂單拉動、生產推動、管理互動”的經營總思路，圍繞搶訂單、促生產、抓管理做好各項工作。
報告期內，為進一步加強風電市場的開發力度，提升風電關鍵零部件的市場佔有率，公司加快產品結構調整，積極開拓模塊化業務。在原有業務模式下，公司根據客户需求為風電整機制造商提供風電鍛件、鑄件、結構件等產品，由客户自行在生產場所進行裝配。但受制於風電機組重量、尺寸大的特點，採用零部件分散式運輸的方式成本較高、裝配效率偏低。公司依託完整產業鏈條形成的綜合性製造平台，以及鍛造、鑄造、焊接三大核心製造工藝，成為國內僅有的能夠同時批量供應風電鍛件(雙饋式風電主軸)、風電鑄件(直驅及雙饋式風電輪轂、機架，直驅式風電定軸、轉軸，雙饋式風電軸承座)、風電結構件(直驅式風電轉子機殼、定子機座)的企業。通過開展風電裝備模塊化製造業務，將風電關鍵核心部件、輔助件，通過裝配形成模塊化產品向風電整機制造商供貨，交貨形式由關鍵核心部件升級為模塊化產品。對於有需求的風電整機制造商，公司將以一站式、模塊化的供貨模式代替客户分散式採購裝配模式，有效降低客户運輸成本和裝配工作量。公司在風電領域深耕多年，在產品質量、交貨期、售後服務等方面獲得了客户的充分認可，並與GE、恩德能源、維斯塔斯、安信能、歌美颯、蘇司蘭、中船重工(海裝)、國電聯合動力、上海電氣、東方電機等國內外風電整機高端製造商建立了穩定的合作關係。目前，公司已與東方電機等客户達成了風電裝備模塊化製造合作意向，並簽署了《合作框架協議》，東方電機委託公司生產永磁直驅風力發電機或部套件等模塊化產品，預計數量不低於200套/年。公司正在與其他風電整機制造商洽談模塊化業務。
