格隆匯8月15日丨科大國創(300520.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約6.94億元，同比增長127.97%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2979.62萬元，同比增長335.19%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約2132.65萬元，同比增長445.34%；基本每股收益0.12元。
報告期內，公司堅持以內生髮展和外延擴張相結合、市場與研發雙輪驅動、項目制和產品化共同推進、創新引領和行業精耕細作相融合、團隊高素質和工作高效率相協同的發展思路，堅定貫徹智慧+、創新驅動發展、智能軟件引領三大戰略，公司各項業務均有序開展，整體經營情況穩中有進。
報告期內，公司經營管理層堅持市場與研發雙輪驅動的經營思路，以市場拓展和品牌推廣為抓手，在擁有優勢產品領域，不斷鞏固市場和行業地位，快速擴大市場份額；在新進應用領域，持續提升產品方案，重點加強標杆示範創建；在戰略佈局領域，集聚研發力量，面向市場，堅持創新，搶佔先機。
報告期內，公司依託自主研發的企業技術中台，面向電信、能源、金融、交通、政府等行業領域持續提供電信運營支撐系統軟件、金融資產管理軟件、大數據應用平台及解決方案等產品。
報告期內，公司子公司慧聯運繼續秉持“智慧聯接運輸，數據驅動物流”的理念，圍繞科技承運、物流信息化、金融數據等綜合服務，加強運力網、智能網、協同網“三網合一”核心競爭力建設，持續完善專業化、標準化、智能化的智慧物流雲服務平台，逐步建立平台運營業務模式。報告期內，公司持續以貨車通行卡為切入點，推進平台可信運力池建設；與華源醫藥、雙彙集團、遠大住工等醫藥、冷鏈、大中型製造業貨主企業合作推進貨源池建設，積極拓展科技承運業務；同時，基於可信物流交易數據，依託大數據、人工智能等信息技術，積極探索物流供應鏈金融數據服務業務，為貨主、物流公司、車主等的融資需求提供數據支撐，並於報告期內與中國建行合作推出了基於物流特定場景的金融產品“慧聯運司機貸”。隨着業務的不斷開拓，報告期內慧聯運實現營業收入26,639.37萬元、淨利潤672.59萬元，較上年同期分別增長280.25%、160.46%。
報告期內，公司持續打造具有核心競爭力的智能BMS產品，深耕現有核心客户，產品交付量持續增加，並積極開發基於VDA標準模組的BMS&BDU一體化產品，不斷豐富產品體系，鞏固了公司市場地位。同時加大新客户開拓力度，國機智駿兩款車型已完成整車裝車，進入路試階段；已入圍江蘇開沃新能源BMS供應商；此外，公司積極推進與東風新能源、江鈴新能源等客户的合作，為後續市場拓展奠定了良好基礎。
