絲路視覺(300556.SZ)擬350萬元與關聯方共設提亞科技
格隆匯8月15日丨絲路視覺(300556.SZ)公佈，為了探索公司創新業務發展航道，積累公司內部創業項目孵化經驗，拓展公司業務發展領域，公司擬與關聯方絲路視界控股有限公司(“絲路控股”)、深圳提亞晨星投資企業(有限合夥)(“提亞晨星”)、深圳添翼同創投資企業(有限合夥)(“添翼同創”)共同投資設立深圳提亞數字科技有限公司(“提亞科技”)。公司於2019年8月15日召開第三屆董事會第五次會議審議通過了《關於投資設立提亞科技暨關聯交易的議案》，同意公司以自有資金350萬元與關聯方絲路控股、提亞晨星、添翼同創共同投資設立提亞科技。
擬投資設立深圳提亞數字科技有限公司(暫定名，以公司登記機關最終核准的名稱為準)經營範圍：技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務；組織文化藝術交流活動(不含演出)；承辦展覽展示；企業策劃；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣告；經濟貿易諮詢；銷售計算機、軟件及輔助設備、電子產品；數據處理；軟件開發。註冊資本：500萬元
近年來，伴隨着大數據的廣泛運用，大規模、高維度、非結構化數據層出不窮，傳統技術已無法滿足海量數據的展示需求，由此催生了大數據可視化、智慧城市、城市大腦等演示或展示需求。提亞科技將着眼於海量大數據在實時呈現、雲服務、數字交互空間設計、數字交互裝置搭建、數字交互視聽內容製作、虛擬仿真等領域的應用，為客户提供大數據可視化綜合解決服務方案。
基於公司在視覺領域的優勢及自身的研發優勢，公司擬與上述關聯方共同投資設立提亞科技，這是公司在內部項目孵化、創業機制以及創新業務項目跟投計劃方面的嘗試，同時也是公司在數據實時渲染技術、GIS(地理信息系統)空間數據可視化技術，數據實時圖形可視化、場景化以及實時交互等新興技術領域的全新探索。未來公司將依託提亞科技深度挖掘大數據可視化在智慧城市、指揮監控、視景仿真和三維交互等應用場景的商業價值。
綜上，公司與關聯方共同投資設立提亞科技有助於優化公司業務結構、豐富公司產品條線，提升公司綜合競爭實力，符合公司戰略目標和業務發展方向，符合公司全體股東的利益。
