華測檢測(300012.SZ)半年度扣非淨利潤升417.43%至1.21億元
格隆匯8月15日丨華測檢測(300012.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入13.31億元，同比增長22.22%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.60億元，同比增長213.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1.21億元，同比增長417.43%；基本每股收益0.0965元。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額1.15億元，同比增長744.64%。
報告期內，公司深耕主營業務，致力為客户提供專業的服務，獲得監管部門及客户的廣泛認可。2019年4月，國家認監委組織開展2019年國家級檢驗檢測能力驗證工作，公司作為唯一同時獲得CNAS頒發的能力驗證提供者(PT0028)及標準物質生產者(RM0008)兩項資質證書的第三方檢測機構承擔國家認監委2019年度B類項目能力驗證工作；2019年6月，華測子公司蘇州華測生物技術有限公司順利通過《藥物非臨牀研究質量管理規範》(GLP)定期檢查；2019年7月，華測子公司華測有害生物有限公司通過中國衞生有害生物防制協會專家組的現場審核，順利取得中國有害生物防制服務機構最高級別A級證書。
報告期內，公司中標遼寧省產品質量監督抽檢承檢項目，此次招標要求中，抽查承檢服務商除需具有相應產品檢驗能力以及國家質檢中心或省級質檢中心計量認證證書(CMA)資質外，還需要在2018年度原國家質檢總局組織的檢驗機構分類監管考核中被評價為I類或II類，此次中標是對公司服務和綜合實力充分認可；2019年4月，廣東省市場監督管理局對2019年產品質量監督抽查承檢機構進行公開招標，公司成功中標成為承接兒童及嬰幼兒服裝產品抽查檢驗工作的唯一單位；華測子公司青島市華測檢測技術有限公司(“青島華測”)中標市場監督管理總局食品安全抽檢檢測承檢項目，將承擔2019-2021年度國家市場監督管理總局本級食品安全抽檢工作，在全國範圍內開展各類食品的抽檢任務，青島華測憑藉專業技術能力和豐富的經驗成功中標，成為中標機構中的唯一民營機構。
