北礦科技(600980.SH)半年度淨利潤升21.25%至2222.40萬元
格隆匯8月15日丨北礦科技(600980.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入2.50億元，同比增長6.29%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2222.40萬元，同比增長21.25%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1402.94萬元，同比增長1.88%；基本每股收益0.1436元。
公司主營業務為礦山裝備和磁性材料兩大板塊，資源共享、優勢互補、協同發展。報告期內，公司繼續深耕主業，穩步推進各項工作，推動科技成果轉化，深化經營管理，開拓國內外市場，增強企業內在發展動力，實現公司持續穩定發展。北礦磁材年初在阜陽合資設立安徽普惠住能磁業科技有限公司，計劃生產永磁磁器件及製品，是公司磁性材料業務向下遊高端產業鏈的延伸，目前項目正在建設中。
報告期內，公司以市場需求為導向繼續落實創新驅動發展戰略，加大新技術和新產品的成果轉化，提高產品性能，持續推動技術升級，在礦山裝備和磁性材料兩個業務領域不斷開發新產品，拓展新的應用領域，提高產品競爭力。報告期內，新增授權專利10項，新增軟件著作權1項，制定行業標準1項，獲得北京市新技術、新產品認定3項。
礦山裝備方面，新開發的320m3自吸氣浮選機獲得應用，使得我國大型自吸氣浮選機裝備技術達到國際先進水平；智能搖牀控制系統獲得批量應用，搖牀的智能化控制水平和分選指標進一步提高；新開發的電解鋅熔鑄及自動堆碼打捆成套裝備，正在安裝調試；開發出500kW大型立磨機，完善了現有細磨產品體系，提升了公司在細磨產品領域的競爭力；同時正在開展污水處理和廢舊動力電池等項目的研發。
磁性材料方面，積極組織科研人員進行專項攻關，在高性能產品開發和提高產品工藝穩定性方面都取得一定成果。完成S-5燒結鐵氧體永磁粉體的工藝優化，開發S-5H產品，降低生產成本；開發出自動化傳感器用柔性複合磁性功能材料，產品具有良好的撓曲性和優良的熔融流動性，環保性達到歐盟RoHS 2.0最新標準，項目整體技術達到國際先進水平；開發出高性能尼龍-鐵氧體注塑永磁材料，項目技術達到國際先進水平。通過持續投入進行新產品的研發，公司的技術優勢和行業影響力不斷提高。
