萬邦達(300055.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降26.20%至1.16億元
格隆匯8月15日丨萬邦達(300055.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約4.09億元，同比下降36.28%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.16億元，同比下降26.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約1.13億元，同比下降26.94%；基本每股收益0.1337元。
2019年上半年，公司實現營業收入4.09億元，同比下降36.28%，其中，工程承包業務收入1.26億元，較上年同期減少22.21%，佔公司報告期營業收入的30.89%，主要系烏蘭察布PPP項目進入收尾階段；託管運營類項目實現收入0.95億元，較上年同期增加3.72%，佔公司報告期營業收入的23.19%，運營業務穩健發展；全資子公司昊天節能保温直管業務實現營業收入0.62億元，較去年同期下降52.07%，佔公司報告期營業收入的15.1%，主要系報告期昊天節能在執行訂單減少。公司實現利潤總額1.27億元，同比下降29.69%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1.16億元，同比下降26.20%；實現經營活動產生的現金流量淨額-0.91億元，同比下降350.99%。
報告期內，公司持續整合內外部資源，冷靜分析行業發展趨勢，根據實際業務需要，穩妥推進技術研究開發工作，通過自主及協同創新等方式掌握主要業務板塊的主流先進技術。通過加強與業主方及設計院的前期溝通交流，發揮技術優勢，根據其需求制定解決方案。新增水務工程建設類及運營類項目共8項，完成合同簽約額約為3.2億元，新增環保設備供貨類合同約為1.6億元。
報告期內，水務運營業務通過工藝調整、運行參數優化等，解決制約生產的瓶頸問題，保證了現有業務穩定運營，無安全環保事故發生。危固廢處理業務安全平穩運行，吉林固廢一期焚燒裝置基本達到滿負荷、長週期生產，工藝穩定，排放指標可控。吉林固廢二期填埋場於3月份進入生產調試，不斷優化生產填埋工藝，嚴格按照國家、省市部門的要求合法經營、合規處理，確保安全生產，全方位防範環保風險。昊天節能發揮其較強的技術實力和生產能力，保持其產品生產供貨穩定。新材料業務通過節能降耗、技改技措等有效降低了成本，安全平穩運行。在原料供應方面，積極推進供應商開展技改工作。
同時，重點推進黑龍江京盛華和吉林固廢二期焚燒爐項目的建設。黑龍江京盛華工程項目建設進度按計劃正常推進中，累計完成投資工程量近2.78億元。吉林固廢項目二期焚燒爐工程建設已全部完成，完成了政府審批手續的申報，二期填埋場項目已正式取得危險廢物經營許可證。
