國星光電(002449.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降12.39%至1.97億元
格隆匯8月14日丨國星光電(002449.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約16.26億元，同比下降8.87%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.97億元，同比下降12.39%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1.74億元，同比下降14.03%；基本每股收益0.3189元。
報告期內，公司按照董事會制定的“四新三化兩結合”的發展道路，即推動“觀念更新、技術創新、管理創新、模式創新”；實現“技術高精尖化、市場國際化、生產規模化”；構建“內涵式發展與外延式擴張相結合”、“發展質量與發展速度相結合”，以此推動、引領公司實現健康、快速、高質量發展。同時公司緊緊圍繞2019年生產經營目標任務和重點工作計劃，統籌推進擴產擴能、優化產品結構、深入實施技術創新驅動發展戰略積極應對不利的市場環境。
報告期，公司實現營業總收入約16.26億元，較上年同期下降8.87%，主要原因是受LED白光封裝業務價格下降和客户調整較上年有所下滑所致；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.97億元，較上年同比下降12.39%,主要原因是公司芯片業務受到慘烈競爭的影響，致使淨利潤同比大幅度下滑所致。
報告期內，公司牽頭承擔的“硅基AlGaN垂直結構近紫外大功率LED外延、芯片與封裝研究及應用”及公司參與申報的“彩色Micro-LED顯示與超高亮度微顯示技術研究”項目獲批立項。報告期內，公司榮獲廣東省高新技術企業協會頒佈的2018年廣東省創新型企業的稱號；入選佛山市人民政府辦公室公佈的2018年佛山市標杆高新技術企業50強名單；榮獲佛山市科技人才協會頒佈的2018年科技先鋒獎。
報告期內為應對市場激烈競爭,進一步鞏固現有市場的優勢地位，重點推廣小間距LED、RS系列、高光效白光器件、光源模組、MiniLED背光、面板燈等核心產品。同時公司緊跟市場熱點，率先量產應用於4K/8KMiniLED顯示產品，目前P0.9MiniLED顯示系列作為業內量產最小間距的代表已獲得市場主流顯示屏廠家的廣泛認可，6月推出超高對比度的P0.7MiniLED顯示產品系列，為未來P0.6以下產品及MicroLED應用做好了技術和市場佈局。持續提升和優化Eyelove全光譜健康照明白光器件，以教育照明、閲讀枱燈等為切入點，成功滲透多所學校的照明體系。另外圍繞8K超高清顯示、智能家居、物聯網、人工智能等前沿領域，與國內外知名企業合作，推出MiniLED背光、智能空調、智能洗衣機等的光源顯示模組產品。積極佈局亮化、醫用紫外、紅外、智能車燈、5G智能系列等細分領域領用LED器件與模組產品，有望成為新的業務增長點。
