格隆匯8月14日丨文科園林(002775.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約14.50億元，同比增長5.08%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.36億元，同比增長4.41%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.35億元，同比增長10.39%；基本每股收益0.2654元，擬每10股派發現金紅利2元(含税)。
報告期我國經濟結構調整繼續深化，政府部門及市場經濟運行主體在新的經濟形勢下，投資、業務開展運行的思路和模式趨於謹慎，長效、健康的發展模式成為共識。外部經濟環境的變化雖對經濟發展形成一定的壓力，但也促進了高質量、優結構、可持續發展模式的逐步建立，困難與機遇並存，公司管理層在分析宏觀經濟形勢、行業發展趨勢及企業自身情況的基礎上，堅持穩健經營宗旨，積極推進公司既定發展戰略，保持公司業務積極推進併力求新的突破。報告期，公司傳統地產業務穩定增長，大生態、景觀方面的市政業務的開拓工作有序開展，對於大型市政項目嚴格把握風險和規模，調整單體業務規模和速度，有選擇的進行條件篩選，將更多的資源集中於回款速度較快的業務，避免了資金及其他風險的產生，並提升自身風險識別及把控能力，促進業務健康發展。
報告期內，公司繼續根據大環境貫徹自身經營策略，深化業務結構，新業務方向的基礎打造成效顯著，並實現了業績的穩定增長。未來，公司仍實行穩健發展策略，進一步加大生態治理、環境綜合整治業務的開拓力度，積極在生態文旅方面進行業務開拓，並將繼續保持傳統業務的市場份額。
為此，公司將通過多種方式拓寬資金來源、在新業務方向上進一步夯實並拓展，為業績發展打下基礎，並重點選擇資金回收預期較好的項目，主動放棄佔用資金較大的且資金到位有不確定性的項目，對優質的、規範可行的大型項目（包括EPC、PPP項目)進行推動落實。另一方面，為實現公司的生態、文旅方向更好的更高質量的拓展延伸，公司將加大有關生態、環保、旅遊等領域的投資、併購和戰略合作，使投資企業及戰略合作方與公司實現資源互補、共同發展。
