榮盛發展(002146.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升31.05%至29.44億元
格隆匯8月14日丨榮盛發展(002146.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入約243.61億元,同比增長25.65%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約29.44億元,同比增長31.05%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約29.37億元,同比增長34.81%;基本每股收益0.68元。
報告期,經過公司全體員工的共同努力,較好地完成了年度主要生產經營計劃的進度任務,實現開工282.73萬平方米,竣工172.44萬平方米,簽約金額465.78億元,融資額258.95億元,新增土地儲備建築面積654.20萬平方米。
報告期,公司順應形勢變化,不斷擴大業務領域。在做強做大傳統住宅地產的同時,繼續擴大在生態旅遊、養老養生、產業新城等領域的投資,通過“建體系、塑模式”,積極推進公司戰略轉型,培育競爭新優勢,強化盈利能力。
報告期,公司城市地產板塊繼續保持高速增長,房地產主業成績再臻新高。2019年上半年,城市地產堅持以市場為導向、以客户為中心、以品質為核心競爭力,化挑戰為機遇,變被動為主動,科學決策、奮力拼搏,為公司半年度目標達成和穩固市場地位作出了貢獻。
報告期,公司城市地產板塊緊緊圍繞“一帶一路”、“長江經濟帶”和“粵港澳大灣區”等國家重大發展規劃,不斷拓寬拿地渠道,創新購地模式,充分利用招拍掛、城中村改造、股權收購等方式多管齊下加強土地儲備。報告期,公司在蘇州、杭州、慈溪、紹興、南通、合肥、佛山、陽江等新城市獲取了新的項目,使得公司的區域佈局更加均衡,為公司未來更好發展奠定堅實基礎。
報告期,榮盛康旅羽翼漸滿,大健康產業業態初呈。作為公司產業轉型的重要體現,康旅公司大力推動“6+N”戰略佈局,逐步形成“3+1”的榮盛康旅國際度假區業態模式。上半年榮盛康旅實現簽約9.06億元,回款9.03億元,營業收入7.06億元。
報告期,產業新城規模、效益雙豐收,與大地產板塊聯動彰顯。作為大地產板塊的重要承載者,產業新城公司堅持目標導向,直面形勢、攻堅克難,理順機制、強抓運營,上下團結努力奮鬥,園區規模不斷壯大,全國知名度不斷提升,取得了階段性成果。報告期,榮盛興城共實現淨利潤 4.41億元,完成回款16.18億元;積極推進“大項目資源導入”和“產業園中園打造”的招商策略,簽訂土地類招商協議12家,總投資26億元。
報告期,四眾互聯不斷升級“米飯公社”服務平台,快速上線社區增值服務,持續推廣米飯商城,積極開啟體驗智慧社區新生活。報告期,“盛行天下”、“米飯公社”平台用户註冊分別達到 67.51萬人、41.26萬人,平台體系逐步體現。
