南方傳媒(601900.SH)半年度淨利潤升52.59%至3.9億元
格隆匯8月14日丨南方傳媒(601900.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入26.03億元，同比增長14.01%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.90億元，同比增長52.59%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.83億元，同比下降17.07%；基本每股收益0.44元。
2019年上半年出版圖書3425種，其中一般圖書1151種，教材957種，教輔1317種。音像製品57種，電子出版物42種。《中國橋：港珠澳大橋圓夢之路》《從雅好祕玩到流動的博物館：中國古代書法鑑藏與交易》入選“2018中國好書”；花城社《海祭——從虎門銷煙到鴉片戰爭》入選2019年5月中國好書。《遙遠的向日葵地》獲得第七屆魯迅文學獎。《中國改革大邏輯》《中國橋：港珠澳大橋圓夢之路》《遙遠的向日葵地》等9種圖書、《風雲四十年》《港珠澳大橋》2種音像製品獲評廣東省第十一屆精神文明建設“五個一工程”獎。
加強主渠道建設，構建全省多渠道發行網絡。廣東新華髮行集團上半年實現營業收入15.39億，同比增長19.30%，報告期內，發行集團大力推進省內特色終端建設，上半年已推進12家校園書店建設，其中建成9家、在建3家。此外，積極開拓教育裝備供應商及區域市場，上半年初步形成全省渠道網絡服務體系，上半年已中標項目4000萬元；大中專業務表現良好，上半年銷售增量約1000萬；館配業務實現營收2554萬元，同比增長27.4%。
另外，報告期內，公司利用渠道優勢進一步深耕教育業務，教材教輔實現營業收入19.39億元。人教版教材圓滿完成“課前到書、人手一冊”任務，義務教育階段、高中階段教材市場佔有率再創新高；市場化教輔實現突破，上半年市場化教輔銷售碼洋同比增長30%；數字教材以全省覆蓋項目為基礎，積極推進粵教翔雲數字教材應用平台建設，目前平台用户23.7萬，使用範圍涵蓋廣東省內21個地級市。
創新報刊工作，全面推進媒體融合發展。2019上半年，《時代週報》全新改版，通過重構報紙版式，力爭聚變效應，彰顯財經媒體屬性，《時代週報》微信公眾號閲讀量與2018年同期相比增長272%。“時代財經”APP持續發展，截至6月末，“時代財經”APP商業下載量達1500萬人次，註冊用户達50萬，榮獲2019中國新經濟創新勢力榜“最佳新媒體平台”獎，在中科院《互聯網週刊》2019上半年財經類APP排行榜中位列第四。《新週刊》公眾號關注數達107.1萬，同比增長57.5%，較年初增長27.2%，微博公眾號粉絲數達1890萬，較年初增長130萬。
