藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)擬斥1億元設立全資子公司藉助互聯網模式開展護理服務
格隆匯8月14日丨藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)公佈，公司基於現有防護事業部和心腦血管事業部的產業平台，擬利用其豐富的產品矩陣優勢和醫院渠道優勢，以互聯網信息技術和大數據分析挖掘為手段，向“互聯網+護理服務”領域進行延伸和佈局，擬設立註冊資本為1億元的北京藍帆網約護士科技有限公司(“藍帆網約護士”，暫定名，具體以工商登記核准為準)，主要開展為出院患者或罹患疾病且行動不便的特殊人羣提供以互聯網技術為依託、以“線上申請、線下服務”為核心商業模式的社區和家庭護理服務。
擬藉助互聯網模式開展的護理服務內容包括：常用臨牀護理(生命體徵監測、氧氣吸入、鼻飼、血糖監測、採血、注射、留置針維護、導尿管維護、傷口護理等)，專科護理(外周置入中心靜脈導管維護、造口護理、壓瘡傷口換藥、糖尿病足潰瘍護理、母嬰護理等)，健康促進(生活自理能力訓練、安全護理、墜擊性肺炎預防護理、壓瘡預防護理等)等。
在我國，出院患者和罹患疾病且行動不便的特殊人羣對社區和家庭護理服務的需求一直非常旺盛。利用互聯網信息技術將醫療機構的專業護士資源供給與社會對護理服務的旺盛需求結合起來，創新護理模式，擴大服務供給，提高服務效率，已成為一個可行的解決方案。2019年2月，國家衞生健康委員會發布《“互聯網+護理服務”試點工作方案》，在政策層面為“網約護士”模式的發展確立了培育和監管框架，互聯網護理服務市場迎來了良好的發展機遇。
公司目前的主營業務分為防護業務和心腦血管業務。一方面，防護業務的產品矩陣包括檢查和護理手套、醫用敷料、急救包、護理包及眾多醫用和日常護理產品，並在未來謀求向藥物輸送和注射、呼吸和麻醉類耗材進行產業佈局，且產品的終端用户多與專業醫療機構的護士羣體存在密切交集；另一方面，心腦血管事業部的冠脈介入產品線在全國上千家醫院進行銷售和使用，醫療機構覆蓋網絡廣泛，且冠脈介入手術後的累計病人羣體龐大，開拓護理服務的供給和需求來源擁有得天獨厚的優勢。
以現有兩個業務板塊的產業資源為基礎，公司希望創新自身現有的醫療健康商業模式，從“產品”向“產品+服務”進行拓展，從“ToB”向“ToB+C”進行延伸，發掘新的商業機會，開拓新的增長點，努力追求各業務板塊間的協同。
此次對外投資為公司向全新的“網約護士”服務模式試水，公司將根據業務進展情況配置內部資源和進行資金投入，未來存在為藍帆網約護士繼續增加註冊資本的可能。但預計在短期內，不會對公司業績造成顯著影響。
