星輝娛樂(300043.SZ)旗下西班牙人俱樂部博爾哈將轉會至貝蒂斯
格隆匯8月14日丨星輝娛樂(300043.SZ)宣佈，公司控股孫公司REIAL CLUB DEPORTIU ESPANYOL DE BARCELONA, S.A.D.(“西班牙人”)擬以2814萬歐元的球員估值將Borja Iglesias Quintas(即博爾哈·伊格萊西亞斯·昆塔斯)轉會至RealBetis Balompié S.A.D.(即皇家貝蒂斯足球俱樂部)。
轉會費支付方式為：(1)在合同簽署和完全滿足有效條款後2天內貝蒂斯向西班牙人支付1814萬歐元；(2)在2019年9月25日前，貝蒂斯向西班牙人支付增值税總額590.94萬歐元；(3)在2019年12月23日前，貝蒂斯向西班牙人支付500萬歐元；(4)在2020年6月1日前，貝蒂斯向西班牙人支付500萬歐元；(5)在指定日期內貝蒂斯未完成支付，西班牙人可向其追究未付金額並按10%的年化利率計算延期支付的利息。
西班牙人享有球員100%的註冊權益和100%的經濟權益，Real Club Celta deVigo, S.A.D(即皇家比戈塞爾塔足球俱樂部)享有球員再次轉會利潤的5%。此次交易標的為球員的100%的註冊權益及100%的經濟權益(增值税由貝蒂斯另行支付)。
此次交易的標的資產為球員Borja Iglesias Quintas(西班牙國籍)100%的註冊權益和100%的經濟權益。2018年7月8日，塞爾塔將球員博爾哈轉會至西班牙人，並享有球員再次轉會利潤的5%。轉會後，西班牙人擁有球員100%的註冊權益和100%的經濟權益。
此次轉讓的球員註冊權益和經濟權益沒有受到任何抵押，並且沒有和第三方有任何承諾和可影響到此交易的任何限制。標的資產的賬面原值1018.00萬歐元，截至2019年7月31日，已計提的折舊275.71萬歐元，帳面淨值742.29萬歐元。
此次交易完成後，直接貢獻公司税後淨利潤約1485.76萬歐元(按8月13日匯率計算約摺合人民幣1.17億元)。此次球員經濟權益出售所得款項可用於補充西班牙人日常經營所需的流動資金，對公司的財務狀況和經營成果將產生正面影響。
